Note about the interior:

-6 out of 8 of the bedrooms have their own in suite bathrooms. There are two bedrooms that do not have in suite bathrooms. There is a half bath off the kitchen, but bedrooms 7 and 8 will need to share a full bath with one of the other bedroom's in suite bathrooms. Bedroom 7 is the bedroom with two twins and Bedroom 8 is the bedroom with 2 full beds and one twin bed.

-The gym is located in room in the main bedroom suite. In order for other people the access the gym they will need to walk through the main bedroom.

- "The property was beautiful! The outdoor spaces were wonderful! We loved the outdoor kitchen, wood fire pizza oven, smoker, tennis/pickle ball court, orchard, and swimming pool! So many wonderful family gathering opportunities! Inside, the large kitchen accommodated our family perfectly! Plenty of dishes and utensils and a plethora of cooking necessities made meal prep convenient. It was nice to have soaps, paper towels and garbage bags provided. There were no dish rags, but there were plenty of disposable sponges and dish towels. The game room was a hit for our teenagers and young adults! The sleeping accommodations were perfect with plenty of extra linens and pillows! Four washing machines and dryers really helped with so many people and pool towels! We had a couple of issues during our stay, but our concerns were immediately and professionally addressed. Our stay was PERFECT! We highly recommend this home for a large family gathering! So so so much fun!"

The Travelers Retreat Casita has all you’ll need to feel spoiled, including a Cal king bed with super soft bedding for the best nights sleep. The grounds were tranquil and spacious. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and supplied with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. On top of that, it was a well stocked kitchen with non-stick pans, cutting board, large colander, parchment paper, etc… everything our group needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A completely private, clean, comfortable suite attached to the main house but with your own entrance. Enjoy two large bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. The suite has with wifi and a 32" tv in each room. The bathroom is spacious with a double vanity and lots of counter space. There is also a coffee cart with fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Guests also have use of the courtyard patio area for lounging. We are a NO SMOKING of ANY KIND property.

We’re just a 10 minute drive to the wineries and a stones throw to the newly renovated Murrieta Hot Springs Resort and Spa. Upon entering you'll see a coffee cart on the left with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. There you'll find complimentary coffee, tea and cold water bottles in the fridge to start off your stay. We also provide disposable paper plates and eating utensils. Bedrooms are to the right and extra blankets, iron and ironing board are in the closets. Please note* there is no common "living room" area except the outside courtyard.

Guests enjoy two bedrooms with cal king comfort, a bathroom and balcony all to yourself. Guests have a Kurig in one room and a nespresso in the other. The shared pool, Jacuzzi, and family living spaces are an added bonus

The pool is around 60-70 degrees, depending on the weather. If you would like us to heat the pool, the cost is an additional $100 per day that it is heated.

The jacuzzi is as hot as you like and is included in your package for up to 2 hours per day. We shut it off at 11pm but it stays hot for a while. You’re welcome to stay out back into the night as long as you are quiet.

The kitchen is where we spend a lot of time when we’re home. We typically do not share the kitchen. Guests have a microwave and mini fridge in the room to heat and store left overs or drinks. You are able to request use of the kitchen for longer stays

We can be available to you if you need anything through text. We are often home and we want you to feel comfortable, so reach out if you have any questions, or need anything.

We do have a cocker spaniel and an elderly cat that live here. They are friendly, but please note In case of allergies.

We are in a town area even though it’s close to freeways and bigger communities, Old Town Murrieta offers a Towny atmosphere! Every other Thursday old town Murrieta hosts an Evening Farmers Market. There is horse property walking distance that equestrian Park and lovely walking trails nearby. Expect to sense and smell nature. There are rabbits every morning and every evening you will notice crows in the evening. family oriented country lifestyle atmosphere.

Be prepared to climb stairs. Please do not park on the street or driveway this is to comply with City Code enforcement.

Summers are very hot from June to September expect dry heat and triple digits. -We get a couple of electric outages from time to time.- the A/C unit works good ❄️

Please remember you're staying in a person's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24/7.

For nonemergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.

The large master bedroom, staged with a comfortable king mattress has a private bath with a soaking tub, stand up shower and walk in closet. The home also has a large dinning room for dinner get togethers and has an additional family space on our upstairs landing, staged with a large lounging sofa, foosball table, a smart TV, Xbox and additional board games.

The home features a kitchen stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, oven, gas stove, walk in pantry, pots, pans, and plenty of cooking and dinning utensils that opens up to the main living space with an oversized stone fireplace and smart TV for your viewing pleasure.

Please park in the driveway. The driveway is limited to 3 cars per city guidelines. Please park on Shadow Creek or Murrieta Creek Drive (1st cross street) if you have more than 3 cars in your party. Parties or loud disturbances after 10pm that are reported or if more than 8 guests’ are reported staying at the Airbnb result in a fine up to 3,000. Please follow all Airbnb rules and Murrieta city guidelines.
