Note about the interior:

-6 out of 8 of the bedrooms have their own in suite bathrooms. There are two bedrooms that do not have in suite bathrooms. There is a half bath off the kitchen, but bedrooms 7 and 8 will need to share a full bath with one of the other bedroom's in suite bathrooms. Bedroom 7 is the bedroom with two twins and Bedroom 8 is the bedroom with 2 full beds and one twin bed.

-The gym is located in room in the main bedroom suite. In order for other people the access the gym they will need to walk through the main bedroom.

- "The property was beautiful! The outdoor spaces were wonderful! We loved the outdoor kitchen, wood fire pizza oven, smoker, tennis/pickle ball court, orchard, and swimming pool! So many wonderful family gathering opportunities! Inside, the large kitchen accommodated our family perfectly! Plenty of dishes and utensils and a plethora of cooking necessities made meal prep convenient. It was nice to have soaps, paper towels and garbage bags provided. There were no dish rags, but there were plenty of disposable sponges and dish towels. The game room was a hit for our teenagers and young adults! The sleeping accommodations were perfect with plenty of extra linens and pillows! Four washing machines and dryers really helped with so many people and pool towels! We had a couple of issues during our stay, but our concerns were immediately and professionally addressed. Our stay was PERFECT! We highly recommend this home for a large family gathering! - "We are a multi generation group of 12. This place was absolutely perfect for us! Two in suite ground floor units for two sets of mobility challenged grandparents. The grounds were tranquil and spacious. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and supplied with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The common area/kitchen had enough seating and utensils for everyone. On top of that, it was a well stocked kitchen with non-stick pans, cutting board, large colander, parchment paper, etc… everything our group needed to make breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our host, Gabrielle, was very responsive to questions and had great suggestions for local restaurants. Overall, it was one of the best places we have rented."

This 5 acre property has mature pine trees and lush red tip photenia wrap the property creating a private botanical garden. The 2.5-acre property is located behind a private code entry gate and surrounded by beautifully manicured grounds. 'Uncorked on Hayes' has a smaller fence around the immediate home, perfect to keep your little fur babies and to enjoy the beautiful Murrieta weather. Down behind the home, is a large grass field shared only by one other family. Plan a picnic or take a morning stroll with a cup of complimentary coffee in hand.

The kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, dishwasher, pots, pans, and cooking utensils. There is a coffee pot and tea kettle for your use as well.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a large ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a comfortable memory foam queen bed. We also have a twin rollaway available in a closet. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner for your convenience. Towels & hotel-style accommodations are provided.

This home includes up to $250worth of utilities monthly, any additional cost is the responsibility of the guest.

This home does allow dogs with an additional monthly fee of $200 per dog, plus a required $70 non refundable deposit. A pet agreement must also be completed.
