LOCATION-
This home is centrally located in Orange County and has sweeping Mission Viejo Lake views. It's about 20 min away from Disneyland and an hour or so from San Diego and Los Angeles.

You won't need to look any further to know this is the PERFECT home for your upcoming trip or if you're having construction and displaced from your home. It's a bummer to be ut of your own home but this is the house you'd want to be at if you had to be. As a long time owner of a housecleaning company, the owner keeps it super clean and sanitized. We put BRAND new sheets on the beds for each guest! Yes, the comforters are washed! There are plenty of towels for a group, extra blankets, pots and pans for cooking plus nice dishes and everything you need.
This Entertainer's Dream Home has a super large entertaining space and open concept downstairs. It has a light-up bar and the kids will LOVE the indoor tree house! The pool is kept warm and it also has a jacuzzi.

FIVE BEDROOMS-
ALL 5 bedrooms are good sized so you and your guests can really spread out. Everybody gets along better when you have space between and your very own bathroom. There are 4.5 bathrooms in the home. Each bedroom has a bed and nightstand with a fun, modern style. One is a "glam style" and another, the "M" room, is modern-contemporary with a makeup table and plenty of closet space, the Master has a sweeping Lake view, along with his and her closets and a sunken tub. Two bedrooms have a King bed and the other three have Queen beds. Beds can be added for an extra fee.

FOR YOUR KIDS-
The bedroom that your kids will rave about features a REAL indoor treehouse that they can climb up into and play in. It's an extra large space for kids to enjoy, with games available for their entertainment. Kids also love our heated pool (pool toys included!), warm jacuzzi and the basketball court in the front yard. We have cable tv for movies at night and we always leave some treats out for the kids when you arrive.
ALL bedrooms except the Treehouse room have a TV.

WHAT'S TO LOVE FOR THE ADULTS-
The adults are over the moon about the light-up bar that seats 6-8 and has beer on tap (your choice of beer, with a minimum rental) at the light-up bar that changes colors! Some of our past guests have shared that they stayed up later than they had in ages, when connecting with family and friends at the bar.
The bar sits next to the extra spacious family room and an eat-in kitchen with seating for up to 12 around an island. The space feels huge even when you have 20 people in it. Adults also appreciate the Keurig coffee maker with coffee and creamer provided so they don't have to run out the very first day.
We can provide any other groceries needed for a small fee or arrange delivery. You can cook in the ultra-modern kitchen (pots, pans, plates and condiments provided) or order out. Postmates delivers! We also have some restaurant suggestions that are only a $5 Uber ride away. These restaurants are on beautiful Lake Mission Viejo.
We also have a pool table which converts to a ping pong table in the formal living room, adjacent to the dining room. The dining room has placemats and table cloths if you plan to entertain a crowd There is lots of parking in the driveway or on the street and Mission Viejo is listed in the Top 5 safest Cities in the country.

In previous VRBO's we would have to supply toilet paper, paper towels, extra dishwashing tablets, etc. but this house was fully stocked with things that we needed. There were large and comfortable bedrooms with plenty of baths. The pool and patio area were great. The kids enjoyed themselves tremendously. We also enjoyed swimming in the lake as well. - "My family of 10 (including grandchildren) stayed at this amazing home for ten days. We were in town for a wedding and Southern California vacation. Wow! This was the perfect home for our trip. First, the home is large with 5 bedrooms and a great living room, huge kitchen and a nice dining room. The star of the show is the outdoor living area with a beautiful pool and jacuzzi, outdoor grill and lots of seating. The west facing view made for spectacular sunsets. The kids (and all of us) had a blast in the pool with all the pool toys the home has plus we all enjoyed the hot tub after long days at the beach or Disney. The home had all the basics needed in the gourmet kitchen and was generously stocked with extra towels. Note for coffee lovers - you will love this house. This house is beautiful and in a great location near Lake Mission Viejo. Also this was a great spot for us to get our wedding in San Clemente and trips to Disneyland (30 minutes) and Universal Studios (1 hour). We also enjoyed incredible beaches in San Clemente, Laguna Beach, Dana Point and Huntington Beach. Laguna Beach is particularly convenient from this house for beaches, dining, and shopping. We were in town for 10 days and there were multiple grocery stores, restaurants, and parks, within minutes. The host was great and check in/out was easy. You won’t find a better rental home or have a better experience than this one!!"

This home boasts 3 bedrooms as well as an office with futon for extra sleeping. The bedrooms have more than enough room to set up a pack n play if needed or just enjoy the space to spread out and relax.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with private remodeled bathroom as well as sitting area with fireplace and big screen TV. Or you can walk out the French doors that open to a covered deck with conversation seating area. Bedroom 2 has a full size bed and desk and bedroom 3 has a twin bed with a pull out trundle bed. Bedroom 4 is an office with a fold out futon bed. All rooms have adequate space for hanging up and folding clothes.

This is a corner upstairs unit that is very private. It has a keypad lock entry for a stress-free and safe check-in/out for your convenience. Once you enter, a bright and airy living room welcomes you into a space with contemporary decorations. The living room features an L-shaped pull-out couch with a smart TV for your relaxation and entertainment. The pull-out couch could be used as an extra bed.

For your home away from home, you can cook with our kitchen! It is provided with cooking essentials such as pots and pans, knives, cooking utensils, plates, etc. Also there are multiple coffee makers, including Keurig and Mr. Coffee, to cater your coffee needs (We are coffee lovers).

The master bedroom sleeps two in a comfy memory foam queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom with a tub. There are multiple pillows with two different firmness. The second bedroom comes also with a memory foam queen-size bed that may sleep two people. The other bathroom is available with shower. Both bathrooms are provided with plenty of towels and hair dryers.

Rancho Santa Margarita is one of the safest cities in all of California. It is beautiful and well maintained with a Lake that overlooks the Saddleback mountains, family-friendly parks, community pools and the Lagoon (summer only). Hiking and walking trails are nearby. Guests are welcome to use amenities in the community such as the tennis/pickle ball courts, swimming pools, and spas. There are many varieties of restaurants, grocery stores such as Ralphs, Trader Joe’s, and Pavilions, as well as Starbucks, all within a 5 min drive. You may walk to nearby walking trails, picturesque lake, and beautiful parks. California 241/toll road entrance is only a quick drive, you will reach Laguna Beach in 30 min, Disneyland and Angel Stadium in 40 min.

The space itself was just right for us, with a bedroom and bath to each side of the central living/dining area, offering some privacy for 3 adults. It was nicely furnished and very clean!! Rei and his wife were extremely helpful in responding to any question, and very generous in letting us stay past our checkout when an important medical appointment was rescheduled, even though it inconvenienced them as they prepared for new guests. And the location was terrific. Although it’s on a busy street, the path behind the complex offers lovely, quiet access to a large community pool a short distance away, and to a lake with a walking path and a few restaurants about 1/2 mile away. (In the summer there’s a sandy beach area open at the lake that’s great for kids and for dipping and lounging adults. Grocery stores, more restaurants, and other stores are also within walking distance. And for hiking there are wonderful trails along and through the canyons, at most a short distance by car, while ocean beaches are about a 1/2 hr drive. We enjoyed our stay so much that, just toward the end of our visit, when we saw a house for sale quite near this complex, we decided to buy it. We’d thought of moving to Rancho to be near our son, but wouldn’t have acted if we hadn’t had this opportunity to discover how much it suited us. So we’re especially grateful that we had the opportunity to stay in the “luminous” condo!"

- "Big, beautiful house that worked well for our multi-generational group (2 seniors, 4 adults, 3 teens, 2 kids). Some things to note - there is a step up and down from the downstairs bedroom and into the family room, which wasn't visible in the pictures of the home. This was difficult for our seniors to navigate, but they were able to walk through the adjoining bathroom on level surface to avoid the step into the bedroom. There is also no gate surrounding the pool, but the doors are all alarmed so we were able to tell when someone opened a door and make sure the kids weren't outside alone. The huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom was a perfect dark sleeping space for the 2 year old in a pack-n-play. The pool and hot tub were great and the heat was programmed through an app. If you need a home in south orange county for a large group of people, this is a good option."

Beautiful remodeled private apartment with full kitchen with a double GE convection range and refrigerator and coffee maker and George Foreman grill and induction pots and pans, plates glasses, cutlery. Comfortable leather sofa and eating table, 58" television and WIFI , quality air mattress for 2 children and private bedroom and full bathroom with shower. Close to shopping and restaurants, golfing and tennis and racquetball available thru Coto De Caza and payments and reservations are all done thru Coto De Caza This is a second floor private apartment. There are 6 stairs and two landings and 6 more stairs for a total of 14 stairs. I always carry my guests luggage up the stairs at age 65 I still do 20,000 steps per day, so it's not a issue. The apartment has a bedroom terrace with a beautiful view of the flora here. We are a beautiful nature preserve, with nature trails and beautiful scenery all around. it's quiet and peaceful here with gated security. It's like living in the country but only 2 miles from shopping and restaurants. There's a community swimming pool and Coto Valley Country Club has a brand new wonderful restaurant that's within walking distance.

Netflix entertainment on the 4K 58 inch TV. This beautiful home is perfect for a quiet vacation with easy access to Disneyland via the 241 toll road and highway to Laguna beach.

The spaces are small. As the host states, unload luggage prior to pulling in. The renters in unit B and I both were upset by the tree sap and door dings. The bed was hard. I bought a foam pad and dishes . The tv service is minimal, prerecorded news and shows..There is nothing cozy and quiet at this place. There are multiple renters you would be better off going to a hotel."

A clean comfortable space which is fully locked off from the main house. This space has it's own entrance from the outside into the space, and consists a mini suite of a comfortable bedroom and an en-suite bathroom.

The mattress is super comfortable and our bedding is high quality all cotton linens with 4 sleeping pillows and an Ikea perfect temperature comforter.

Included in the unit are blazing fast WiFi, a Roku TV, a small fridge and freezer, microwave, a single burner stovetop, and a coffeemaker. There is also a fold out workspace/dining table, Everything you need. (Please note: There is no couch or kitchen sink, a bathroom sink.)

Mission Viejo is one of the safest communities in the country. There are ample walking paths to discover, and we are about four hundred yards away from beautiful Lake Mission Viejo where you can walk for exercise.

If you stay 31 Days plus and sign our supplemental rental agreement, then you can gain access to rent all the Mission Viejo Lake amenities, including swim beach, kayaks rentals and paddle boat rentals, fishing and concerts..

The entire house, garage and back patio is yours in its entirety. Lake amenities are available for guests who book long terms, over 31 days. Come give us a try and see how you like the place.

If you booked less than 31 days to test drive for a longer stay, then you will not have access to the Mission Viejo Lake amenities.

Please note, all cities including Mission Viejo require no talk or at minimum, quiet talk, no laughter on outside patios after 10pm, no loud talking or laughter beyond this time outside to allow the permanent resident neighbors their sleep between 10pm and 8am. Any noise citations by Mission Viejo Police will result in a total loss of your deposit.
