The condo features a covered balcony patio. The patio is furnished with a lounging area on one side and on the other side is an eating area. The stone-topped bistro table has comfortable cushioned chairs for alfresco dining and/or your morning coffee/evening cocktails. The patio has a bamboo skirting that provides beauty and privacy for you. From your private balcony you will enjoy the splendid ever-changing views of the distant Saddleback Mountains. What a view!

Comfort inside with a spacious open floor plan with tall vaulted ceilings in the living room and dining room. The TV area has a large flat-screen TV that sits on top of an electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped. The dining area has comfortable seating for 4 or you may decide to dine outside on the balcony.
The master bedroom has a King sized bed. There is a standing 5-drawer dresser, a night stand on each side of the bed with matching lamps, and a flat screen TV in a cabinet that faces the bed. There is a window A/C with remote, all for your summer comfort. The master bath is right around the corner with tub/shower, toilet, sink, and skylight to provide a lot of natural lighting. There is a laundry room close by where the cost is only $1.00 for a large load and the dryers are free. Can't beat that! The only negative for us was the area rugs. My husband uses a cane and I have Parkinson's so we have to avoid tripping hazards. There are stairs going up to the unit, but we knew that going in. All in all, our choice was a good one. By far the best place we have ever rented."

"Casita Amore" This unique place has a style all of its own. With a private entrance and designated parking. Complete privacy with the entire space with an indoor and outdoor experience. In the heart of Orange County, The home is very cozy and has a cabin feel with backyard space to enjoy. Located 10 minutes from Laguna Beach, close to Aliso Viejo Town Center, 2 minutes from 73 Toll Road. Our cosy condo is in a quiet complex with 2 pools, a hot tub and fitness Center. We are 5 minutes from Laguna Canyon Wilderness park with miles of hiking and biking trails. There is garage parking for a small to mid-size car. Our spot has a clean modern feel and is decorated with art photography from the owner. There is a BBQ, a full kitchen complete with everything you need, and full laundry facilities. Our place is a quiet haven wonderful to start and end all your adventures from.

A Sony stereo system with Focal Sib bookshelf speakers on stands has been added to the 55" big screen Smart TV in the living room, for a home theater experience. A new microwave oven and Kohler luxury oil rubbed bronze pull down kitchen faucet were recently added for your enjoyment. A Monterrey oil rubbed bronze light fixture with six dimmer controlled Edison bulbs control the ambience the dining area. A luxury single handle Grohe Tallinn bathroom faucet in Starlight Chrome adds elegance to the master bathroom. The hall bathroom faucet was upgraded to a BWE single handle waterfall faucet - the kind that allows water to run off the spout. We also added two matching chairs with ottomans in the living room. A new white leather couch and loveseat have also been added to the living room.

Gated community with 24 hour access. Your own personal carport space with lockable storage. On top of this, there's always plenty of free parking near the unit.

You will have access to everything the complex offers. Everyone over 45 years old will receive photo id membership cards, which are included in the price of your stay with us. The id cards give you use of all the amenities, most of which are at no additional cost. You will also receive a gate pass, which you will use to enter the complex 24 hours a day.

Check in is easy. Just let us know when you will be arriving and arrangements will be made - even for late arrivals! Your id membership cards and gate pass will be available at your convenience at the association office. Membership is included with the rental of our vacation home.

We respect the privacy of our guests, and we want you to feel welcome at your vacation home.

The association recently returned the minimum lease requirement to 30 days. They still allow a maximum twelve month term. One of the tenants needs to be at least 55 years old. Any guest of theirs at least 45 years old also receives a membership card and full use of all the amenities. Any guest of theirs under 45 years old is allowed to stay for a maximum of 2 months. Guest under 45 years of age are allowed to use the amenities, but there are restrictions and they may be charged an additional fee. We recommend you visit the United Mutual website at Laguna Woods Village for the association requirements.

The association limits the number of residents to 3.

The association requires a 10 day advance for all resident registration. Due to the policies of the association, once we have applied for your membership, the full price of the rental will not be refunded, unless another renter is found. The registration cost charged by the association cannot be refunded. The association approves every renter and requires a credit check, which is included in the cost of the unit. The association also limits the term of your stay from 1 months to 12 months per rental period. Though consecutive 12 month rental periods are allowed.

Due to the current situation, we recommend paperwork be completed with the association as soon as possible. We will email the packet to you - please fill out the documents, sign and return to us.

You are allowed $100/mo limit for the electric bill. You are responsible for anything over this amount.

Damaged/missing items are the responsibility of the guest. An optional check in sheet can be provided at the time of arrival.

Check in time is 4:00 pm and check out time is 11:00 am. Requests for early check in or late check out may be approved at no additional cost, based on availability.

Due to the strong demand for our unit, we ask that you do not extend your stay without our approval. At times we may be able to allow you to extend your stay for you, but please try to give us as much notice as you can. Most reservations are back to back (end at the end of the month and the next on starts the same day), which gives us very little time to do a walk through for the exiting party and to get the unit ready for the next party. If you overstay without our approval, you can be charged for the lost income from the next party who reserved the unit and any fees or charges we incur including, but not limited to legal fees, expenses we incur and lodging fees for the next party. These costs can amount to a large amount, so please be courteous to both us and the next party.

Additional charges may be billed to you if there is damage or extra expenses we incur. An example would be in the following areas: damage to the unit, damage to the furnishings, damage to the carport and storage cabinets, electric bill (over $100/month), charges stemming from requests to the association, billed items or fines from the association and all cost related to overstaying your reserved time. If you do not return the membership cards, there will be a $50 charge per card. If you do not have time to return the cards, please leave a note in the unit with the membership cards and the property manager will return them for you.

We ask that when you leave, you clean up and leave our home in a condition similar to when you arrived. Our cleaning charges are for two people to clean for an hour (two man hours). It's enough time for a good wipe down, floor cleaning and final run of the linens. Any additional cleaning time will be the responsibility of the renter.

We are very fair in our assessments and we just ask that you return the unit to us in the same condition when you arrived.

Our vacation condo is near all the best that Orange County has to offer. It is a short distance from amazing restaurants and shopping. Beautiful beaches are a short drive away. Only a 30 minute drive to Disneyland, 40 minutes to Legoland, and 1 hour north of Sea World. The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a spacious kitchen and living room with full cable and high-speed internet. It is located in a quiet gated community located walking distance to grocery stores and cafes/restaurants. Every Sunday there is an excellent farmers market located across the street that offers fresh fruits, vegetables and prepared foods from local farmers and vendors.

The owners were kind to show me around the community the day before I checked in and were communicative when I had a question or two along the way. People in the community were friendly and helpful as I got to know my way around on my daily walks. Great amenities including exercise facilities, art rooms, and community pools. Once challenge I had was that I am allergic to cats and the owners do have a cat (undisclosed) at the condo when they stay there and the cat trees remained in the condo (they took the cat). The community is gated (multiple entries) and required a pass to get thru the gates. All in all it was a convenient, safe and pleasant place to stay for a winter get away."

- "Very lovely unit in very beautiful Laguna Woods. The unit has everything you may need to stay here. It’s a very updated unit with W/D in the unit. The kitchen has everything you may need as well. The host was very easy to communicate with. She would answer all my text or phone calls right away. And would answer any questions I had. She also checked with us to make sure we had moved in without any problems. The management at Laguna Woods is very good as well. Getting ID and gate pass for the car was simple.
