Property is equipped with both an outdoor noise detector and an indoor detector designed to monitor noise levels and detect smoke. These detectors do not record sound; they solely measure the intensity of ambient noise

- "This property was everything I needed for my time in OC. It was clean, well stocked and in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are lots of stores and restaurants in close proximity. Communications with the owner/manager were easy and quickly responded to. The only small negative was that there was no garage door opener, which was somewhat inconvenient. The house was clean and had great amenities and a relaxing little patio in back that was nice to hang. Met some of the neighbors and even played golf with them lol.
