Spacious stand-alone guest cottage in the heart of Old Town Orange. It’s a great place for parents of Chapman students to stay while visiting their kids. Within walking distance to the Circle with so many great restaurants and bars that it makes it difficult to choose where to go. The bright and airy décor reflects the charm of Old Town Orange. Street parking is available. Arrive to something refreshing in the refrigerator and wake up to hot coffee.

Orange is loaded with history. Walking around the streets enjoying all the unique home styles is part of what makes our neighborhood interesting, with most of the homes built a 100 years ago. Located minutes away from Disneyland, 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport, 20 minutes to Newport Beach, 3 minutes from Chapman University and a short walk to great dining in the Circle.

Old Towne Orange is a great walking town. We are conveniently located off of the 55 Freeway. If visiting Orange County for the first time you are centrally located to almost everything.

The little home can accommodate up to three people but it is best suited for 2. Not suited for small children.

Please note.... we have two units on the property, a front house and a back cottage. The cottage is the one available for stays. We are in the front house and available if needed.
The City of Orange has a newly adapted policy on Short Term Rentals (10-01-2021). Each reservation will be required to add on a 10% Lodging Tax, similar to the local hotel or motel reservations. This fee goes directly to the city. If the fee is not collected at the time of the reservation it will be required prior to checking in. Unfortunately, we are required to charge this and wish there was a way around it considering we have always tried to run a "mom and pop" type rental. We are licensed, permitted, insured and pay taxes on our rental unit. Considering all of this, our hope is that you will still stay in our cottage and get that feeling that you are staying with extended family while away from home and fully enjoy all the charm that Orange has to offer.

Home is located in the center of Orange County. 15 minutes from Southern California beach cities. Less than 10 minutes from Disneyland. Less than 10 minutes from Angel Stadium and the Honda center. And less than 5 minutes from the Orange Circle and Chapman University. The home was professionally interior decorated and were equipped with the comfiest beds. The home has every amenity you need in a nice quiet neighborhood.

- "We reserved this condo while our son was competing at a swim meet at Irvine High School. Right away we were very impressed. The condominium complex is beautiful. The grounds and pool at very well maintained and you can walk to Albertson's and to several restaurants to eat or to get coffee. There are also plenty sidewalks and trails at the canyon which is right across the street. I hit my step goals every day we were there! It is a very active community and I felt very safe walking by myself. The condo itself is decorated very nicely. We had plenty of room to spread out and having a kitchen was great so that we could cook meals through the week. The beds were very comfortable and we loved the plush bedding! We used the pool every day. There are two pools, we visited both. They were clean and well maintained. We spent most of our time at the pool closest to the condo which is literally right next door. It was so nice! Michelle the owner was very responsive. From the time we reserved the condo to the time we left, she was great to work with. If we ever come back to Irvine we will definitely stay at Michelle's condo again and we highly recommend her place!"

This newly remodeled home is in the tranquil area of Orange Park Acres, an equestrian area in OC. Located 15 minutes from Disneyland and 20 to the beach. This home is very secluded so it is very quiet with lots of hiking trails with awesome views.

- "The listing title, “Luxurious home close to Disneyland”, is somewhat misleading. This is an upstairs apartment in a rundown complex next to the Garden Grove freeway. From the outside, it looks sketchy but the inside is clean, spacious, and everything works. The single parking space is in an unusual location (at the front corner of the driveway and side yard between the sidewalk and potentially obstructing mailboxes) but it worked OK. Location is very convenient for central Orange County. There were no reviews that I could see when booking the apartment, so this may be the first. Suggestion for the host: for initial communications with guests, send a single message instead of 16 separate ones."

For your convenience in cleaning up any messes or spills we provide handiwipes and bar rags as an eco-friendly alternative to paper towels. We also provide Swedish dish cloths instead of sponges. There is a sign in the house explaining the benefits, however if you prefer paper towels or sponges during your stay feel free to bring them. We want to prepare you the best we can for an exceptional stay with us.

PETS: Dogs 40 pounds and under are allowed. We are happy to announce our Happy Paws Community Program to help local animal shelters re-home and save the lives of animals.

We donate 25% of pet fees to a local shelter/animal rescue. We are also launching our Happy Paws promotion for pet parents who help us get the word out about the program.

To participate, follow the quick and easy steps in the guidebook under “Pet Parents” to post a picture of you and your furry family member. The picture must be posted before check-out and make sure to tag us. The refund will be provided back to you within 5 days of check-out.

The Pet discounted fee for non-shedding dogs is $25 per night per pet If your dog is on the list we will need a picture of you and your pet(s) (together) submitted prior to check-in day.

The Short Term regular Pet fee for other dogs or approved pets is $50 per night per pet.

Welcome to your private getaway in North Tustin! This spacious (1,800 sq ft) 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom basement apartment offers comfort, privacy, and a touch of fun. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the large living room includes a cozy sectional and a computer desk for work or planning your adventures.

Enjoy access to a shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, and even a waterslide—perfect for sunny California days. Indoor and outdoor dining areas each seat four, and there’s a pool table for your entertainment. Per the city of Orange ordinance: The hours between 10:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. are designated as "quiet time," so that no outdoor activity will disturb the peace and quiet of the neighborhood adjacent to a short
term rental property or cause discomfort or annoyance to any reasonable person of normal sensitivity residing in the area.

For identification purposes when checking in, please make sure there’s a full face picture in your profile. Also, a confirmed government ID with identity verification in your profile is required before booking.

Check-in time: 3 PM. Please no early requests as we need time to turnover the room for other guests.

Check-out time: 11 AM or earlier (You can message me prior for late checkout and I will try to accommodate your request for an additional fee ($10 per hour, 2 hours max). If you don’t message us during your stay, a late check-out charge ($20) will apply for the first 30 minutes passed and then a full room charge after that. No exceptions.

No unauthorized visitors, booked guests only and max limit of 2 guests each stay. (if violated, $50 per day extra charge and $100 per day extra charge for guests exceeding the maximum occupancy limit).

No smoking, vaping or illegal drugs of any kind on my property. I have asthma so please just don’t do it ($250 extra charge if violated).
