The gated entrance and 6000 sq ft of living space will have you feeling like you’re floating above the clouds! There are 2 very spacious living rooms. One formal dining/ living room and one big entertainment den that waterfalls out into the backyard and pool entrance. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking with an array of appliances and kitchenware. We also have a super fun game room that includes a pool table, foosball table, board games, and a 70 inch smart TV. Enjoy that famous Southern California weather from our 4 balconies or poolside. The view is spectacular!

We are off the property grounds but are available 24/7 at your convenience for anything you need!

We do limit the amount of cars on the property to 4 vehicles and there is no overnight parking on the street.

The spa heating is included during your stay. Additionally, for the pool, there is an initial heating fee of $250 for the first day, and $100 per day after that.

Property is equipped with both an outdoor noise detector and an indoor detector designed to monitor noise levels and detect smoke. These detectors do not record sound; they solely measure the intensity of ambient noise

There were a few things lacking/missing and we ended upbuying things to supplement. These items include extra blankets, towels, more dish towels, more silverware and cups. A coffee table,TV in bedrooms, and a vacuum would have also been nice. With dogs allowed it would be nice to vacuum up their hair. Sweeping was difficultto get it up. Other than that we enjoyed the location, cleanliness, and pool area. "

This location is also a 30 minute drive to the beach.

Our guesthouse is perfect for a person needing a clean quiet place to stay during an extended trip. We are freeway friendly to major theme parks and a short drive to many west coast beaches.

The studio is a cozy space where simple living meets California comfort. You can drink your morning coffee on the patio at the bistro table, kick back on the sectional couch to watch your favorite movie or retreat to the lofted queen size bed for an afternoon nap. Guests have access to one parking spot and a private entrance on the side of the house into the apartment.
