She stated i would rec an email with a guest packet with code and inst. Later recd an email with a code no packet attached. Called back, talked to someone different, they sent the packet which was a 1 page PDF with instructions and rules. Got to the place located lock box which i was not told where this was, opened up place, it had a terrible smell to it. Then i wanted to open garage to park car, no remote,called place and was told they would call back after talking to cleaner. Meanwhile opened garage from inside & came in. Recd call back & was told there was no remote available. Noted place was cleaned ok, the condition of beds and furniture were definately used"

Light and bright, fully furnished 1br/1.5ba upstairs unit in small building on the peninsula! It is the only upstairs unit so there are no shared walls! It is situated one house from the sand so you can walk to the beach in less than 50 steps! Walk to the ocean, bay, restaurants, markets, and bus. Less than a mile to Newport Pier and half an hour to Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm. About an hour to downtown Los Angeles and an hour-and-a-half to San Diego. Lots of amenities and free WiFi! ONE PARKING SPACE IN THE PRIVATE SHARED GARAGE WILL BE PROVIDED TO GUESTS!
This is a remodeled upstairs unit that features a large private deck with bay views - the perfect place to relax and read a book or grill up something delicious (or watch the famous Newport Beach Boat Parade at Christmas OR a panoramic view of fireworks from Disneyland to the Dunes at 4th of July)! It also has newer carpet throughout with tile floors in bathrooms and kitchen. It boasts granite counters in kitchen, stainless steel appliances (range, built-in oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser), and a washer and dryer on the premises. Plenty of bikes, board games, DVD's, and beach equipment and toys. In the back yard you can enjoy our gas grill, charcoal BBQ, and fire pit. Peninsula Point, in addition to being one of the most desirable neighborhoods in all of Newport Beach, also offers a Bay Beach (which is a short 3 block walk from the house) for those who wish to enjoy the water without the waves.

The home is located on the second floor and is nicely decorated with three-bedrooms and two-baths. The living room has a large fireplace with dining room, a kitchen with all the essentials, and a private outdoor patio. There is also an office with high speed internet and desk.
Our unique location is directly across from a sandy bay beach with views of the beautiful Newport Bay, Lido island, and the boats of Newport Harbor.
The property is walking distance to the many attractions of the Newport Peninsula. Walk to the Fun Zone and the ferry to Balboa Island, or the many restaurants, piers or rent a bike and take a ride on the bike path to your favorite location.
The home has wonderful views. This is not your typical beach rental! We use the property as a second home..
The bedrooms are nicely decorated. The King and Queen bedrooms are spacious. The 3rd bedroom is Ideal for teens and or children and has full size bunk beds on top and bottom. Please note it is accessed through the master bedroom and patio deck.
Enjoy the boats passing by from your living and dinning room, a real treat everyday especially during the Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade. The bay beach across from the property is great for families. Have fun in Newport harbor on the water, as there are boat and kayak rentals nearby. You can also kayak or paddle board from the beach in front of the house.

Quaint private studio apartment with a private entrance, just a few blocks from Corona del Mar State Beach & walking distance to restaurants, markets, etc. Queen size bed and love seat, flat screen TV, Wifi. Separate bathroom and closet. No kitchen but a small fridge. Keurig coffee maker, and microwave, much like a nice hotel room.
Recently remodeled and very clean and cozy. Beach towels and beach chairs provided.

The back unit of a duplex, this 2 BDR/2 BTH property is a perfect vacation spot. Park your car in the garage (a huge plus since street parking is so hard to find!) and walk to the beautiful beach, bars, restaurants, grocery store and shopping! Our house is ideal for two couples or a small family. There are two bedrooms with King sized beds and by using an airbed in the common area, we can have a maximum of 5 guests. Although kids are welcome, please be aware that there are stairs and no baby gates installed and we haven't child-proofed this house at all.
Pristine and air conditioned, this 2 bedroom/2 bath 1220 sq ft beach house has a gorgeous kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances including a gas range, microwave, refrigerator with filtered water and an ice maker and a KitchenAid dishwasher. The kitchen island serves as the dining table and accommodates up to 4 people.
The comfortable living room has an expansive sectional sofa, 55” tv (wifi, cable, apple tv) and cozy gas fireplace.
The larger of the two bedrooms and a full bathroom are on the first floor. The primary bedroom and attached primary bath are on the second floor. The primary bath has double sinks, a beautifully tiled shower, separate room for the commode and a walk-in closet.
The private roof deck is a fantastic spot offering peek-a-boo ocean views, a fire pit, a comfy sectional sofa and chaise lounge chairs. It’s a great place for soaking up the sun or having a cocktail in the evening.
We also have a one bedroom/one bathroom listing for the front unit in the duplex- it’s a bright and sunny 700 sq ft apartment with a compact, yet complete kitchen, great little bathroom, bedroom with Cal King bed and also tons of built-in storage and a large private deck with BBQ. If you need that extra bedroom, or would prefer the additional privacy that an air mattress in the living room can’t afford, you may want to inquire with us about booking both places. General Info:
Garage Parking: You will have use of the right side of the garage and may park 1 car. Although the garage is longer than most, it is narrow (only 18' wide) as many are in Newport Beach. Since you are sharing the garage with the guests of the other unit, please be very careful not to ding the other car next to yours. There is an arched garage door so large SUVs and pick-ups will not fit. For example, a Suburban, Escalade or a Tahoe are all too tall and too wide. Please do not try to make your car fit if you have one of these types of vehicles. They are not allowed in the garage. If your vehicle is a pick-up or a super large SUV, you will need to find on-street parking-that is not negotiable. If in doubt whether your vehicle is allowed in the garage, please contact me and I can let you know.
Beds: First floor bedroom has a Cal King bed. Second floor bedroom has an Eastern King bed. Twin airbed and Pack n Play available upon request.
Linens: Linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels, kitchen towels and beach towels are all provided.
Kitchen/Supplies: The kitchen is super well supplied with dishes, cookware, silverware, blender, toaster oven, slow cooker, a Keurig and lots of spices. We will supply some paper products to get your vacation started, however you may need to supplement or replenish the paper supplies during your stay. Also, bring your favorite K-cups for the Keurig! We will have some K-cups on hand for you but, if you’re a coffee lover, you’ll want to have more!
BBQ: Located just outside the kitchen door. BBQ tools are in the drawer below the oven.
Extra Stuff: To help make your vacation extra special, bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagons, ice chest, corn hole boards, bocci balls and a surfboard are all available for your enjoyment. If the other unit has guests staying while you are there, the "extra stuff" will be available on a first come, first served basis. All amenities, "extra stuff", is for the use of authorized guests only. Visitors are not allowed to make use of anything provided in the garage.
Laundry: A full size, stackable washer/dryer is located in the unit on the second floor. Laundry detergent and Bounce sheets are provided.
Cell Phone Note: the cell coverage in this unit is sketchy, especially if you have Verizon. I actually switched to AT&T because of the lack of coverage here. You'll likely need to go outside or on the roof deck to make/receive calls if you have Verizon. One easy work-around is to hook up to our wifi while in the house and text/call over that. But I want to be sure all are aware of that possible concern.
RULES and RENTAL AGREEMENT:
In order to confirm a reservation made on this site, Guest must (i) acknowledge receipt and review of the Rental Agreement and provide the Host with either online or written approval of the Rental Agreement within 24 hours of making reservation and (ii) your deposit must have been received by VRBO. For final confirmation of the reservation, the entire rental amount must be paid in full.
Per Newport Beach city policy, you must be a at least 25 years of age to book a vacation rental. The person booking the reservation must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation dates and may not book for someone else. Please verify your age and provide the names and ages of the other guests staying the rental agreement.
This rental is strictly smoke and drug free. Absolutely no smoking of any product (cigarettes, cigars, pipes, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc) anywhere on the property including the unit itself as well as the deck, sidewalks, driveway and garage.
No parties-No loud music-No loud gatherings of any sort allowed. Ours is not a party rental. Quiet hours are from 10PM - 10AM.
Gatherings anywhere on the property are not to exceed 7 people, including renters and their guests, unless prior approval is provided by owner.
Exterior security cameras run 24/7 and are mounted to record access doors. There are no interior cameras anywhere on the property.
Treat our home with respect - it is truly our home and you are a guest.
No pick-up trucks or large SUVs allowed in the garage.
We strictly enforce all rules and will evict if broken.

The front unit of a duplex, this upstairs unit is an exceptionally clean, open concept, bright and sunny 1 bedroom private apartment located in one of the most desirable areas of the Balboa Peninsula - 35th Street! Just park your car in the garage (a huge plus since street parking is so hard to find!) and walk to the beautiful beach, bars, restaurants, the grocery store and shopping!
This beach property is an ideal getaway for a couple but with air mattresses set up in the living room, allows sleeping for up to 4 people (although 4 adults may find it tight). We also have a Pack n Play available upon request.
The kitchen is compact but has everything you need including beautiful quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances with microwave, gas range, Bosch dishwasher and European style refrigerator.
The bedroom is furnished with a Cal King bed and Tommy Bahama furniture and has tons of built-in cabinetry for storage.
The bathroom is small but has a great shower (no tub). Soap, shampoo, conditioner and other essentials are provided.
There is a large private deck off of the bedroom with a Weber gas BBQ, comfortable swivel rocker chairs, chaise lounge chairs and a gas fire pit for relaxing after a long day at the beach.
This unit does not have air conditioning. It generally cools down very nicely at night so sleeping is comfortable with the ocean breeze. We have a standup fans stored in the hall closet should you feel the need to pull them out.
We also have a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom listing for the back unit on this property - beautifully furnished, cozy gas fireplace, gorgeous kitchen, great bathrooms, roof deck and air conditioning. General Info:
Garage Parking: You will have use of the left side of the garage and may park 1 car. Although the garage is longer than most, it is narrow (only 18' wide) as many are in Newport Beach. Since you are sharing the garage with the guests of the other unit, please be very careful not to ding the other car next to yours. There is an arched garage door so large SUVs and pick-ups will not fit. For example, a Suburban, Escalade or a Tahoe are all too tall and too wide. Please do not try to make your car fit if you have one of these types of vehicles. They are not allowed in the garage. If your vehicle is a pick-up or a super large SUV, you will need to find on-street parking. If in doubt whether your vehicle is allowed in the garage, please contact me and I can let you know. The rule is not negotiable.
Linens: Linens, blankets, pillows, bath towels, kitchen towels and beach towels are all provided.
Kitchen/Supplies: The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, cookware, silverware, blender, toaster oven, a Keurig coffee maker and many spices. We will supply some paper products to get your vacation started, however you may need to supplement or replenish the paper supplies during your stay. Also, bring your favorite K-cups for the Keurig! We will have a few K-cups on hand for you but, if you’re a coffee lover, you’ll want to have more! The refrigerator is small but more than adequate. It’s full height but only 24” wide and 24” deep. The freezer is on the bottom section and it does not have an ice maker. There are ice cube trays. If you need to fill a cooler with ice, your best bet is to walk over to the grocery store which is a couple of blocks away and buy a bag.
Living/Dining Area: Bright and comfortably furnished living room with a 50” Roku TV, cable and wifi included. A cozy little electric fireplace can be used with or without the heat feature so you can enjoy the ambience year round. The dining table comfortably seats 4 and there are two bar stools at the kitchen counter bar.
Extra Stuff: To help make your vacation extra special, bicycles, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagons, ice chest, corn hole boards, bocci balls and a surfboard are all available for your enjoyment. If the other unit has guests staying while you are there, the "extra stuff" will be available on a first come, first served basis. All amenities, "extra stuff", is for the use of authorized guests only. Visitors are not allowed to make use of anything provided in the garage.
Laundry: The washer/dryer in the garage is for your private use. Detergent and dryer sheets are provided.
RULES and RENTAL AGREEMENT:
In order to confirm a reservation made on this site, Guest must (i) sign a rental agreement within 24 hours of making reservation and (ii) your deposit must have been received by VRBO. For final confirmation of the reservation, the entire rental amount must be paid in full.
You must be a minimum of 25 years old to book a vacation rental. The guest who books the reservation must stay at the property for the duration of the rental period and may not book for someone else. Please verify your age as well as the names and ages of all guests on the rental agreement.
This rental is strictly smoke and drug free. Absolutely no smoking of any product (cigarettes, cigars, pipes, cannabis, e-cigarettes, etc) anywhere on the property including the unit itself as well as the deck, sidewalks, driveway and garage.
No parties-No loud music-No loud gatherings of any sort allowed. Our's is not a party rental. Out of respect to our neighbors, quiet hours are from 10PM - 10AM.
Gatherings anywhere on the property are not to exceed a total of 5 people, including renters and their guests/visitors, unless prior approval is provided by owner.
Exterior security cameras run 24/7 and are mounted to record access doors. There are no interior cameras anywhere on the property. Do not tamper with any cameras.
Treat our home with respect - it is truly our home and you are a guest.
No pick-up trucks or large SUVs allowed in the garage.
We strictly enforce all rules and will evict if broken.

Balboa Island is an absolute jewel in the middle of Newport Bay. There is a 1.6 mile walkway around the perimeter and a charming 2 block main street with unique shops and fine and casual dining, literally around the corner! My cottage is very inviting. Features a courtyard with outdoor fireplace. It is one bedroom with two bathrooms and a separate sleeping area off of the living room. Perfect for two or a small family. It is possible to sleep one additional person on the twin bed size couch. Centrally located between Los Angeles and San Diego. Great for day trips.
The neighborhood is very relaxed. This is a popular destination so there is a fair amount of activity which makes the courtyard a welcome retreat. My home is one street away from the main street. It is so very quaint! There is a big mixture of old beach houses and new upscale construction. It is a wealthy area with down-to-earth residents.

This one bedroom, one bath apartment is approximately 550 square feet in size and features a second "mini-room" with a built-in twin bed (167" long x 37" wide with built-in twin bed). Wonderfully light and open, it is located just five homes in from South Bayfront and Newport Harbor, and just one block to the island's shops and restaurants. Sophisticated but cozy décor with slip-covered sofa and chairs, natural wood pieces and pretty artwork. Located behind the main house, it has no common, living-space walls with the front house. Upgrades include: beautiful Caeserstone countertops in kitchen and bathroom; all new bathroom with white-tiled shower; outdoor deck with patio furniture and umbrella; private washer and dryer; one queen bed, one twin bed; den with open beamed ceiling. Full kitchen with dishwasher, newer gas range, refrigerator, all small appliances and cookware. Freshly painted white walls; new hardwood laminate floors in bedroom and mini-room; tile everywhere else.

This beautifully furnished and renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath, back-unit home is located on Balboa Island just 1 block from the beach and the Balboa Island Ferry. Also the Mexican restaurant across the street was really good. I wanted to again say that our hosts were the best and extremely helpful with ideas of places to go and things to do. We will be back!"

As you walk up to the house, you'll see a large patio out front with a table for eight. This is a great spot to enjoy the coastal breezes. Inside this home are rich, dark hardwood floors, wood beam ceilings in the living room, and leaded glass windows in the stairwell.
The home has a bright open floor plan. This common living space is made up of a living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room showcases soaring high ceilings. A plush couch and additional seating are arranged around the fireplace and mounted flat screen TV. Light the fire as the coastal breeze picks up at night to create a cozy ambiance. Relax on the couch with your loved ones and catch your favorite program or movie on TV.
A few steps will bring you to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all appliances a chef could need to whip up anything from a scrumptious snack to a gourmet meal. Seating for two is placed at the built-in breakfast bar creating dining space and a handy way for guests to keep the chef company in the kitchen. Place your meals on the dining table with seating for six.
If you prefer an alfresco dining experience, you are going to love the back patio. There is a BBQ perfect for grilling up a nice meal. A patio table and chairs encourage you to dine and sip on a glass of your favorite wine outside. Bicycles are tucked away in the garage. On a gorgeous afternoon take them out for a spin and explore the exciting city of Corona del Mar.
Upstairs consists of the master bedroom and bathroom. The spacious master bedroom has a luxurious king bed. The bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and French doors leading to a private balcony with peak-a-boo views of the ocean. The master bathroom calls for a slow and peaceful morning with a large bathtub, dual sinks, and standalone shower.
A guest bedroom is on the first floor of the home. This bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed and doors to the backyard. The bunkbed is a Twin over a Queen. A full guest bathroom can be accessed through this bedroom or the hallway. There is a garage with guaranteed parking for your stay. Our property does have air conditioning.
Perched above the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean, Corona del Mar lives up to its name, “Crown of the Sea.” Locals call it “CdM,” and though the chic hamlet is part of Newport Beach, it has a vibe all its own, with vintage cottages and stunning new houses side-by-side on flower-named residential streets. Visitors can enjoy restaurants, music spots, and gastropubs to feed their hunger for diverse dining. If you enjoy an active lifestyle, Corona del Mar’s beaches provide the perfect backdrop for jogging, ocean swims, and stair climbing. Regardless of how you spend your day in Corona del Mar, the community’s Inspiration and Lookout Points are two of the most magnificent places to catch the stunning sunsets.
The home is located a short walk (15 minutes) to CORONA DEL MAR STATE BEACH, a great family beach and a popular place for swimmers. Known as Big Corona Beach, Corona del Mar State Beach is a half-mile long sandy beach framed by cliffs and a rock jetty that forms the east entrance to Newport Harbor. The beach is popular with surfers, divers, volleyball players and sunbathers.
Corona del Mar offers beautiful sandy beaches and coves that look like they came right off of a movie set. The sunsets here are incredible, so bring a picnic and enjoy! Corona del Mar State Beach held the first major surf competition on mainland America in 1928 - the Pacific Coast Surf Riding Championships.
If you want to visit the DISNEYLAND, our property is located just under 20 miles to the resort and its two main parks - DISNEYLAND and DISNEY'S CALIFORNIA ADVENTURE. Laguna Beach's PAGEANT OF MASTERS is in July and Lyft or Uber is the easiest way to get to the event.

Beautiful sunsets and awesome panoramic views await you just steps from this Newport Beach vacation home on the Balboa peninsula. This vacation home is the lower unit of a duplex and is one house away from the sand, walking distance from park, basketball court, tennis court, and Newport Pier on the boardwalk.

This is not the typical vacation rental. The house is clean and comfortable. The lot is 50% larger than normal. If you enjoy music, the property has a state of the art audio / video system. Wireless internet also provided. If, you have small children, the house has been professionally child proofed.
A sliding glass door opens up from the living room to the patio area where you can read and relax while enjoying the ocean breeze on the 600sq foot tiled patio.
If you enjoy eating out, there are 50+ restaurants within walking distance. Our guests are always happy with the accommodations. My favorite activity is sitting on the patio with a newspaper and watching everyone riding, roller blading or just walking by.
In summer, winter, spring, or fall, this NON-SMOKING vacation home is definitely all about location, rest, and relaxation. Step out to the ocean and watch the dolphins swim by or enjoy views of Catalina Island.
Master Bedroom has King bed. Second bedroom has two single beds and a third single pull out (trundle) under the single by the window. In addition, basic starter kitchen, bathroom and laundry supplies are provided. There are no silly extra fees for laundry, cleaning, linens, etc...

Super cute apartment above the garage of the Blue Door Cottage. WINTER SPECIAL Rent Friday & Saturday and stay 1 extra night free (Sunday or Thursday) except for Boat parade, Christmas or New Years eve week. This bright and airy unit has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a kitchen, and a really large living area with both a sofa and a love seat with lots of windows. There is a small dining table for two, a coffee bar and an outdoor area with a bistro table to enjoy your morning coffee, or a glass of wine with the sunset. The patio also has a chair and ottoman so you can recline and read a good book while getting some afternoon sun or roll the shade down for privacy. The unit is a few steps away from the bayfront and the boardwalk and a 2 minute walk to Marine Ave, the shops, restaurants, Irvine market and a Balboa Bar / Chocolate covered banana at Dad's or the Sweet Life.
Come enjoy a quiet relaxing stay at the Blue Door Suite, wake up enjoy coffee on the patio, enjoy a sunrise walk arround the Island, then spend the day exploring Balboa Island and take the famous Auto Ferry across the bay to enjoy Newport Beach. Access to the unit is through the alley and parking is on the street. The garage is for the use of the Blue Door Cottage but there is plenty of parking on Park Ave, Abalone or Crystal Ave for the apartment.

Parking Details:

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

Amazing Views!!!
We front the largest bay beach in Newport...19th St Bay Beach (Mother's) at Marina Park. Because of our unique location, it's often easier to put your toes in the ocean water from here as opposed to oceanfront homes because the beach is so wide in many other areas.
Casa 231 is a beautifully updated (beach meets farmhouse decor) and appointed 2bd/2ba Casa NEWLY AIR CONDITIONED home on a 50ft wide lot affording the most substantial views in Newport Beach of the bay, beach, boats, islands, mountains, and Newport Coast in the background. The large professional kitchen has a 36-inch DCS Range and other upscale appliances are open to the living room making a truly great room experience. Dine, with sit-down water views, both at our round peninsula island and our comfortable 6-person dining table with a fire-pit in our covered front courtyard.
Both the main bedroom (which has an ensuite bath and Cal King bed) and the secondary bedroom (Queen bed) open up to a lovely rear courtyard. The second bath is in the small hall that divides the two-bedroom spaces.
We are located in a quiet family area where the peninsula turns into 1 road ...dividing the peninsula...with the bay on one side and the ocean, shops, and restaurants on the other. You literally cross one road for the ocean...a 2-minute walk. Yet, they are in a safer (no alleys in the back) and more enjoyable environment with 24/7 views of the glistening light-filled bay and hills beyond.
231 is street level (dead ending into a small dock) with no parking immediately in front and a 20-minute loading/unloading zone across the street for boaters.

This rental is located on the ground floor has a private front patio ideal for relaxing and dining outside. The interior features bamboo flooring throughout, A/C, surround-sound in the living area, the highest-speed wireless internet, open kitchen with full-size appliances. The bathroom has both a tub and a shower. For added convenience, there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Everything is clean, contemporary, and best of all - very comfortable!

Starting June 30, I have 7 weeks available. Book more than one week and receive an additional 10% discount, We lived in the desert and came every year to enjoy the amazing weather and beautiful resort. All the amenities of the resort are open to you and you will check in at the main reception area with a Marriott confirmation number that will be emailed to you. You can call Marriott to verify the reservation number. At check-in, the resort will give you a free parking pass. If you arrive before the check-in time, they have places to change into bathing suits and enjoy the pools, the beach.
Relax, open the French doors to the master bedroom and the living room and let the ocean breezes flow through the villa. WiFi is excellent in the villa and throughout the resort. The balcony, in the check-in building, overlooks a beautiful pool complex with many fountains and a snack bar. Other pools are scattered throughout the resort. Enjoy the tennis courts, basketball courts, billards tables, chess boards, ping pong tables and fitness center. Relax in the luxury Spa by the Sea. Part of the beautiful Pelican Hill golf course runs through the resort. Strawberry Fields golf is also nearby.
The resort is very big and has much entertainment on site. If you take a day trip, children enjoy Disneyland and Knots Berry Farms. Universal Studios, the Getty Museum and other big attractions in LA can also be done in a day.
Newport's Fashion Island is a big outdoor mall by the sea. It has movie theaters and restaurants and is only a few miles away. Each year, nearby Laguna Beach recreates the famed "Pageant of the Masters" and art fair. Get your tickets early. It can be crowded and probably best to do an Uber drop off and pick up.
TraderJoe's and several good restaurants are in Crystal Cove Shopping Center close to the resort. The Parakeet Cafe offers brunch items and selections that will appeal to many different groups of people. Modo Mia Rustic Italian, Javier's and the upscale Maestro's Ocean Club are long time fixtures and several newer restaurants are now open. For those who prefer to grill their food, grills and fire pits are located throughout the resort.

Our entire apartment is free for use including appliances and yard. The courtyard is for all guests and includes lawn chairs, umbrellas, and tables for additional guests. The on-sight laundry room may be used free of charge.

Please note that street cleaning now occurs on Monday (on the street alongside the building) and Wednesday across the street from the building. Parking in the alley is not allowed, and any parking tickets received are the guest's responsibility. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we take every precaution to ensure a worry-free stay.
