Beautifully styled townhouse in a gated community. Balcony off second bedroom has a sunset view and a lovely lighted waterfall. Well equipped granite kitchen, large living room, large 4k TV and games. Master has built-in TV and fireplace. Granite gas fireplace in the living room. Bedrooms and baths are on opposite ends of each other for quiet and privacy from other guests (or kids). DVD movies (LOTS of movies) and access to Netflix and Hulu. NEW front load HE washer and dryer next to the kitchen.

The cottage is an upgraded and remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in the upscale Northwood Pointe/Orchard Hills area of Irvine. This area is nestled up against the Loma Ridge Mountains. We are close to the Hicks Canyon hike/bike/equestrian trail which runs along the border of the community. This makes the cottage ideal for guests that want active recreational opportunities. *Please respect our neighbors and the neighborhood. There are neighbors on both sides of the property. Loud talking or music during our quiet time hours (10pm - 8am) is not allowed.
*This is a Non-Smoking household. Smoking of cigarettes, INCLUDING E-Cigarettes, is not allowed at any time inside the house. You may smoke outside. Smoking indoors will be fined to remove the smell.

- "Just 1 day before checking in, we were informed by the property manager that our room was on the 3rd floor. Upon reaching there, we found out that it was a row house with shared spaces and rooms rented out to other tenants. There were no elevators and we had to carry our heavy bags 3 stories up after a long tiring day. We were also given only 1 towel. When we asked for another one, we were told that there are 2 towels per bed. However, even after letting the property manager know that there was just 1 towel, we weren’t provided with the second one."
