Beautifully styled townhouse in a gated community. Balcony off second bedroom has a sunset view and a lovely lighted waterfall. Well equipped granite kitchen, large living room, large 4k TV and games. Master has built-in TV and fireplace. Granite gas fireplace in the living room. Bedrooms and baths are on opposite ends of each other for quiet and privacy from other guests (or kids). DVD movies (LOTS of movies) and access to Netflix and Hulu. With easy access to area attractions and beaches, the cottage is great for SoCal vacations or temporary housing. We are close to the Hicks Canyon hike/bike/equestrian trail which runs along the border of the community. This makes the cottage ideal for guests that want active recreational opportunities. When we asked for another one, we were told that there are 2 towels per bed. However, even after letting the property manager know that there was just 1 towel, we weren’t provided with the second one."

Please be aware of Irvine’s recent rural nature and don’t be surprised to see various critters; opossums seem to like our property and we like them. They eat insects :-) as does our little lizards. We once counted 13 rabbits in our driveway and a ferrel cat gave birth under our porch. The University of California at Irvine has as its mascot, an anteater. We are not hermetically sealed.
