Welcome to Seacrest Villa, a beautiful 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom located in Aliso Viejo, Orange County, 15 minutes from Laguna Beach. This beautifully decorated villa sits atop the edge of a cliff, offering sweeping views of the valley, golf course, and mountains. Enjoy the community pool and hot tub, drive into Laguna Beach within 12-15 minutes without traffic, or grill on your patio. With a 30 day minimum stay, this villa accommodates those relocating or working remotely from Southern California.

As you enter the Seacrest Villa you will be met with bright natural light throughout the space. The Master Bedroom has a Cali King bedroom set including 2 nightstands, a dresser, a walk in closet, and in-suite bathroom with shower tub. Second bedroom has Queen bedroom set, closet, and an in-suite bathroom with a shower tub. We've added two dressers to the closet for additional space for clothes. We have a 65 inch tv in the living room and reliable, high speed internet for those working remotely that need a fast and reliable connection. A half bathroom is in the hall. We also have a single car garage and an additional reserved numbered parking space. The Patio has a 3 burner grill that runs off of a tank of propane.

Your entire check in process is done without anyone needing to be there. You will receive detailed check in instructions including your E-lock pin. I want you to absolutely LOVE your stay here!
