Wi-Fi and Password are provided once booked.
Street sweeping is the first and third Wednesday’s of the month in the afternoon. NO parking on Woodswallow Lane but you can find parking on adjacent streets.
Trash pick up is Monday early morning.
Best to get the trash out by Sunday evening.
Smaller black bin is for trash only.
Green bin for lawn clippings and yard waste.
Large brown bin is for recyclables.
Glass, plastic, cardboard boxes and most paper except paper towels.
There is no garbage disposal, so please use the provided pull-out trash and recycling bins in the kitchen.
Extra clean sheets and towels can be found in the bedroom closet.
If you’re staying longer than two weeks, a laundry service is available for linens and towels. Housekeeping is also available upon request.
In the living area closet, you’ll find light bulbs, an extra extension cord, an ironing board, and an iron.
Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are stored in the outdoor storage area.
