***Due to cleaning protocols, we no longer offer or commit to early check-in in advance. If early check-in becomes available on your check-in day, we will notify you once the home is ready and get you in as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

***Pet disclosure: provided your furry family member is completely house-trained and kept on a leash at all times outside of the unit, he/she is welcome in the home. We do ask however, that at NO point are dogs left alone in the unit or on the patio, outside. We’ve found that even the best of crate-trained dogs tend to cry or bark in new places without their owners, and this creates quite an event for both your pet and surrounding guests. - "We were actually upgraded to another, larger unit, so this review is for the bigger apartment -- which was awesome! Would definitely fit our whole family if we wanted to return with them down the road. Communication with property manager was great going in and during. Would recommend a booklet inside the unit with important info like wifi and check-out procedures. Only complaints were lack of communication after booking ended (I think I left a kindle there and haven't heard back) and construction noise nextdoor which was a bit tough during a vaction (though I guess easily chalked up to #firstworldproblems). Oh! Maybe a personal point, but we didn't love the sheets on two of the beds (the darker set) -- they were rather warm. The unit was well appointed and we would definitely consider a return trip down the road."

- "This wonderful condo is located in a beautiful gated community, only 1 1/2 miles from the beach, and a short 20-25 minute walk to the Huntington Beach Main St. restaurants and bars. It's also only a 10 min walk to a large shopping plaza with a grocery store, Wells Fargo Bank and many restaurants. Theresa, the owner, is kind and wonderful to work with, and has provided every kitchen item you can think of. There's even a walk in closet with a front loading washer and dryer. Although it's only a studio apt, it's vaulted ceiling and outdoor patio, viewed through large sliding doors, make it feel much more spacious. We especially enjoyed the wild life in this community. Ducks, geese, humming birds and finches frequent the property. We often fell asleep listening to frogs croaking from the channel below, and woke up to ducks quacking or geese honking as they few by."

- "The space was very nice and the location to Main Street and the beach was excellent! Public transportation is around the corner and perfect to utilize to get to the beach. Would love to stay here again!" - "Booked this property a week prior to staying, only for them to cancel the morning of. They said they had a different property. It was further North than what we wouldve liked but having no other options we took the 2nd property at a 20% discount. The 2nd home had no power. After many calls and a few hours, they said they wouldnt be able to get the power on during our stay and that they owe 7,000.00 on the power bill.Skipping to the 3rd property they send us to. All the way in long beach, when this first property was dead in the center of Huntington. They offered us a %15 discount on it, which was less than the discount on the 2nd. Long story short, the house had an off putting smell, sheets felt like they were filled with sand or crumbs, and I will never be booking with these people again. "
