***Due to cleaning protocols, we no longer offer or commit to early check-in in advance. If early check-in becomes available on your check-in day, we will notify you once the home is ready and get you in as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding.

***Pet disclosure: provided your furry family member is completely house-trained and kept on a leash at all times outside of the unit, he/she is welcome in the home. We do ask however, that at NO point are dogs left alone in the unit or on the patio, outside. We’ve found that even the best of crate-trained dogs tend to cry or bark in new places without their owners, and this creates quite an event for both your pet and surrounding guests. - "We were actually upgraded to another, larger unit, so this review is for the bigger apartment -- which was awesome! Would definitely fit our whole family if we wanted to return with them down the road. Communication with property manager was great going in and during. Would recommend a booklet inside the unit with important info like wifi and check-out procedures. Only complaints were lack of communication after booking ended (I think I left a kindle there and haven't heard back) and construction noise nextdoor which was a bit tough during a vaction (though I guess easily chalked up to #firstworldproblems). Oh! Maybe a personal point, but we didn't love the sheets on two of the beds (the darker set) -- they were rather warm. The unit was well appointed and we would definitely consider a return trip down the road."

- "This wonderful condo is located in a beautiful gated community, only 1 1/2 miles from the beach, and a short 20-25 minute walk to the Huntington Beach Main St. restaurants and bars. It's also only a 10 min walk to a large shopping plaza with a grocery store, Wells Fargo Bank and many restaurants. Theresa, the owner, is kind and wonderful to work with, and has provided every kitchen item you can think of. There's even a walk in closet with a front loading washer and dryer. Although it's only a studio apt, it's vaulted ceiling and outdoor patio, viewed through large sliding doors, make it feel much more spacious. We especially enjoyed the wild life in this community. Ducks, geese, humming birds and finches frequent the property. We often fell asleep listening to frogs croaking from the channel below, and woke up to ducks quacking or geese honking as they few by."

- "The space was very nice and the location to Main Street and the beach was excellent! Public transportation is around the corner and perfect to utilize to get to the beach. Would love to stay here again!" - "Booked this property a week prior to staying, only for them to cancel the morning of. They said they had a different property. It was further North than what we wouldve liked but having no other options we took the 2nd property at a 20% discount. The 2nd home had no power. After many calls and a few hours, they said they wouldnt be able to get the power on during our stay and that they owe 7,000.00 on the power bill.Skipping to the 3rd property they send us to. All the way in long beach, when this first property was dead in the center of Huntington. They offered us a %15 discount on it, which was less than the discount on the 2nd. Long story short, the house had an off putting smell, sheets felt like they were filled with sand or crumbs, and I will never be booking with these people again. "

- "Location was good, we originally picked this between several others because it listed a jacuzzi come to find it didn’t have one. After communicating with the owner she apologized and it was fixed in the listing so just a little disappointing. In the middle of the night our bed caved in on one side so I removed the mattress to find multiple slats missing, so I left the mattress on the ground which was glorified camping at that point and very uncomfortable for my pregnant wife. Overall nice place just some missteps, and only two rolls of TP between 8 people."

My house, (affectionately known as The Treehaus) is only available to rent for 31 days or more. It is a "mother-in-law" unit built above a single family home's garage. This gorgeous cozy new modern studio has everything new in it.
The location is incredible, it is walking distance to Bella Terra shopping center which includes a lot of entertainment. It has many wonderful restaurants to choose from, great shopping, cafes, stores, salons and an epic movie theater. You will also find stores such as Whole Foods, Costco, in n out and so much more. There’s a sushi place and a grocery store across the street. There’s a German village that’s super adorable that is right around the corner and a cafe as you enter the building.
The closest beach is only a 10 min drive.
You can feel the ocean breeze from the balcony and can even catch those golden Californian sunset from the balcony.
The facility is filled with entertainment - it has a fantastic pool and two hot tubs, fire place, 3 story gym that is open 24/7, grills by the pool and on the rooftop, a volleyball net and a pickle ball net. I left my pickle ball rackets for you guys to use :) It also includes a building with 4 levels of entertainment (one including a business center)
The studio has its own washer and dryer inside of it. It has a full kitchen with a dishwasher. It includes a large air fryer. It has a large bathroom with a bathtub. The location is truly a dream - feels like you’re living in paradise yet so homey and so cozy all at the same time🤍

Enjoy our Huntington Beach STUDIO  located just five blocks from the ocean and a few short blocks from downtown. Park you car in a dedicated space just for you, and walk or bike everywhere in our lovely beach town. 


The studio, located above our garage,  has a separate entrance up one flight of stairs.


Far enough from Main Street to not hear the hustle and bustle at night yet close to it all, our studio is a great place to relax. Theres a full kitchen to make your meals, while the queen sized bed will give you a cozy nights sleep. We include two bicycles with each rental to allow our guests to get around Huntington Beach car-free. For those staying over a week we include a light cleaning mid stay, free of charge.


Close to our studio youll find the famous Huntington Beach pier to take in the sunset or the beach to play a game of volleyball or catch a wave. There are plenty of quaint shops and restaurants and more downtown. On your way to or from our studio make sure to check out famous Highway 1, the Pacific Coastal Highway with million dollar views.

Our homes are professionally cleaned and inspected after each reservation to ensure a smooth check in and a clean reservation for our guests.

With that said, maintenance is not irregular as no home is perfect. Should issues arise during your reservation, our team is staffed with knowledgeable and trusted professionals that will be able to handle any maintenance on the home promptly so you can get back to enjoying our home 👷🛠️

1. No Smoking Indoors
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $400 penalty fee

Unauthorized parties or disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Discovery of such activities may lead to immediate eviction without refund and involvement of local law enforcement.
3. Guest Limitations
The number of occupants must not exceed the number specified in the reservation. Additional guests will incur extra charges.
4. Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours from 8:00 PM to 7:00 AM to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
5. Electronic Devices
Do not unplug any electronic devices, including TVs, cable boxes, lamps, Roku devices, etc to ensure uninterrupted service.
6. Mail and Packages
Receiving mail at this address is not permitted. However, package deliveries are allowed.
7. Furniture and Decor
Please refrain from rearranging or moving furniture, appliances, or decorative items to prevent damage.
8. Utility Cap for Extended Stays
For reservations of 30 nights or more, a monthly utility cap of $150 applies, covering electricity, gas, and water. Any usage exceeding this amount will be billed to the guest.
9. Pets
Pets are allowed at the property. Pet fees do not cover the cost to remediate pet urine, feces, or property damage. If you have a pet and are afraid they may cause damages and would like to avoid paying any penalties, please leave your pet at home. Lovely a studio beach cottage to accommodate 2 guests (Queen-bed) with full kitchen, refri, microwave, pans, pots, dishes, glasses, it is small but have most of what you need . Conveniently 5-10 Minutes walk to Pacific City Shopping Center, Pacific Coast Highway, on the sand, Downtown Main Street and Huntington Beach Pier. It has private entrance (front door and back door) with 1 reserved parking right at the back door. Peaceful place to stay, quiet neighborhood, total appr 250 sq ft .

We're right across the street from Triangle Park on Main St, so there's a nice area to walk pets very close by. There are also some great trees in the park are the perfect spacing for setting up a slack-line...let us know if you want to borrow ours, it's a great way to spend a sunny day in the park. :)
The TV is set up with an Amazon Firestick with Netflix as well as other apps for streaming movies and TV shows.

There is a private balcony off the bedroom, but other guests patios are right next door. Please do not make noise on back patios after 10pm out of respect for other guests.

The space
Our compact studio was designed to maximize livability and comfort. When it's time to go to sleep, the hide-a-bed pulls down from the wall, revealing a comfortable queen-sized bed. During the day, you can either leave the bed as is, or increase your functional living space by easily converting the bed back into a couch.

For entertainment, our space has a large LED TV with DirecTV and AppleTV options. There are also bluetooth speakers that you can listen to your music through. When it's time to get work done, you'll find a large desk with drawers and cabinets.

In the kitchen, you'll find a fridge/freezer, compact stove and oven, microwave, Keurig, plates, utensils, and basic cooking supplies.

When you're ready to head to the beach, we have beach supplies and towels that are available for your use!

Welcome to our remodeled Surf City 1 bedroom/1 bathroom! This property is great for someone who wants to be close to the beach and their own private space. Conveniently located 1 mile to Downtown Huntington Beach, which is home to many attractions including restaurants, farmers markets, shops, and bars. The space
Many recent guests commented that my condo is a "true AirBnB" offering a personal touch that is less and less common on AirBnB. As a frequent traveler myself, I see many AirBnB's turning into hotel rooms, with management companies or people who manage multiple units, that don't represent the true spirit of AirBnB. So if you are looking for a run of the mill, Ikea filled rotating door hotel room style place to crash, my condo is NOT for you.

If you are looking for a space with character including thoughtful decor, high quality original art from around the world, including a 9'6" longboard shaped right here in Huntington Beach, as well as paintings, pottery, prints, a 6' macrame, real plants, mini succulent garden, books & boardgames, and a place you can call home, then you have found the right AirBnB!

You will feel right at home in this modern, clean, quiet and spacious loft with the the Bolsa Chica Nature Preserve around the corner. The Loft is 850 square feet with 22 ft vaulted ceilings in the living room, giving it an incredibly open feel with plenty of light. Also, one of my favorite things, there is NO STREET NOISE; however you may occasionally hear some birds as they migrate to and from the nearby nature preserve.

The Loft comes with a dedicated covered parking space below the unit, which makes it easy to move in and when bringing groceries home.

The loft bedroom includes a very comfortable Casper Queen size Mattress, Beckham Hotel Gel Pillows, a luxurious European Goose Down Comforter, and an electric drop-down blackout shade that keeps out unwanted sunlight to ensure you sleep well. In the upstairs in the closet you will also find a wifi enabled TV on rollers for viewing from bed or the office.

The office includes a Thunderbolt monitor with Varidesk for standing or sitting, enabling easy and efficient work from home. The condo includes Fiber wifi, the fastest in the area.

You will enjoy lounging on the large comfy couch watching the Smart TV or Apple TV and relaxing on the patio. In addition to adjustable Hue lights that can be controlled from Alexa or your phone, there is a gas fireplace, candles, and motion sensor lights to illuminate the stairway at night. The bathroom has an extra large tub, high ceilings and large window making it bright. There is plenty of closet space and room in the drawers to really make yourself at home.

The kitchen has a large fridge, gas stove, oven & dishwasher. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook as well as the essentials. If you tell me your drink of choice I'll try to make sure it is there for your arrival.

There is a full washer & dryer inside the unit between the front door and the kitchen.

The patio includes a dining table, seat cushions, place mats and everything you need to cook in the kitchen and enjoy a meal outside. Within the community there is a pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis and racquetball courts (plenty of towels, rackets, balls inside the closet) and there are awesome hiking trails around the corner in the Bolsa Chica Nature Preserve.

Other things to note
Huntington Beach is a great place to visit for extended periods. Within Orange County there is everything you could want from nature and beaches to restaurants and nightlife. The loft is located in north Huntington Beach, which makes it easier to get to LA for a day or dinner & a show in the evening.

Without traffic, the loft is about 45 minutes from LAX, only 15 minutes to Long Beach Airport (my favorite!) and about 30 minutes from John Wayne (SNA).

SOME VERY IMPORTANT DETAILS BEFORE YOU BOOK (thank you for reading):

1) The BASE NIGHTLY RATE we charge for the apartment is for a TWO-PERSON OCCUPANCY only. There is an additional charge for EACH additional person (not counting children under 2).
For example: if the base price you see is $85 per night, that means it is for 1-2 persons only. You will notice that if you change the number of occupants from 2 to 3, the price increases (could be $35 per person per night additional, depending on the season), and changes again each time you add a person to the guest list.
This has been done intentionally, to make the pricing fair and comparable to other facilities that would accommodate the same number of persons.
If we charge $155 per night (for example) for the whole apartment, that would discourage 2 persons from booking, because all they need is one room and bath, why should they pay for more rooms when they would not be using them. We want to encourage couples, or 1-2 persons, from coming here, so we keep the base price low.

The purpose of this NOTE is to stress that you MUST put the CORRECT NUMBER of ADULTS that plan to use the unit when you are booking. DO NOT PUT "2" when more than 2 are planning to use the apartment. Not putting the correct number of persons on the original booking may have serious consequences later.

2) HOUSE RULES are printed and included inside the unit.
These include:
-Absolutely NO PETS (exception possible only by asking host prior to booking).
-Absolutely NO SMOKING, NO marijuana, NO DRUGS.
This property CANNOT BE YSED AS A DRUG REHAB apartment.
Any infraction of the no smoking no drugs rule will be charged $50 additional per days occupied and will be asked to leave without refund gir the balance if the days.
-NO PARTIES
-No additional guests other than the number you have booked for.

3) DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE AROUND:
This may seem trivial, but we have had to replace furniture due to guests moving them around and causing damage to them... the furniture is brand new and we want it to stay in good condition for future guests.

4) Please turn lights, fans, TVs off when not in use and when leaving the apartment. Please do not leave TV on with a fixed picture on the screen for a long time, as it will irreversibly burn that image on the TV screen. Let us know if Spectrum Cable does not work at any time. Do not order any movies or extra services from Spectrum or you will be charged those fees, plus an additional $50.

The townhome is in a quiet, owner-occupied 4-plex centrally located in Old Town Huntington Beach, uphill and in the coastal resort zone behind the Hyatt Regency, Hilton and Pasea Hotels, with views of the sunrise, sunset, Santiago peak, the hills/beaches of Laguna and Newport Beach.
This area is also the perfect distance away from the beach congestion, but close enough to enjoy what the coast haves to offer.

Due to the Mediterranean climate in Southern California, Huntington Beach is a year round resort area with favorable weather over 90% of the time.

The unit is throughly cleaned and sanitized after each checkout, which includes washing every blanket used. There is also hand sanitizer and soap dispensers throughout the house.

Brand new completely remodeled kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, built in microwave above stove, beautiful stone counter tops and cabinets. Premium filtered water system for healthy drinking water which is also hooked up to the refrigerator for cold water and ice cubes. No need for to buy bottled water here. The cabinets have been stocked with an assortment of spices, herbs, condiments to create any meal of your liking.

WALK EVERYWHERE! Our cozy 2 bedroom, 2 bath upstairs flat is 8-10 min walk to the beach and Main St.and the pier! We are also across the street from a park with basketball hoops and a nice kids area. This is a private flat (although attached to our home) with its own locked entrance from the alley behind our home with a dedicated off street parking spot.

The space
Come enjoy the beautiful So. California beaches and all the area has to offer. Huntington Beach is famous for great surfing and is known as "Surf City". It has one of the longest piers on the West Coast. There is a wonderful bike trail along the beach heading both south to Newport Beach or north to Sunset Beach, Seal Beach, etc.

Our beachy 970 sq ft flat has a locked, private entrance from the alley although it is attached to our house. We also have one off-street parking spot for you.

You enter into the downstairs patio with seating for 6 and a charcoal BBQ. (Charcoal provided) Head upstairs to the front door and small deck. You will be stocked with plenty of beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs and a few kid beach toys.

The kitchen is well stocked for any cooking you want to do. It includes a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker and blender. We also furnish some eggs, a few drinks and home baked breakfast goodies in the freezer as well as lots of coffee and tea! (And plenty of condiments) You also have your own private washer and dryer downstairs if needed.

The flat is situated in Old Town Huntington Beach - south of Main St and north of Beach Blvd. The neighborhood is a combination of old original beach bungalows and newer million dollar homes. It is very quiet- (except for current construction next door 8/01/2023) especially compared to the rowdy downtown area, but still walking distance to all the fun!!

Our favorite guests are families! We are very kid friendly. We have a pack n play, high chair, infant bed, baby gate for the outside stairway and we have a Kolcraft cloud umbrella stroller as well as many games, puzzles, and kid books.

There are absolutely NO PARTIEs!!! And just no loud groups at all!! No music or loud noise after 10:00 Pm. We love a good party but our neighborhood and city do not so we have no tolerance. We live on the premises and can hear any loud music. We have neighbors that we respect and like - a lot! And they don't like loud!!!! And we do not have air conditioning! We have cool nights and rarely need it. If you live somewhere that you need it all day and night during the summer months you may not be cool here.

Check-in time is at 3:00 and before 10:00 pm but we do need to know in advance approximately when you will be arriving since we like to meet our guests and show them around the apartment if possible. We like to accommodate early check-in if we possibly can. We also need to know exactly how many- and- who is spending the night in our apartment.
Extra charge after 4 people does not apply to kids 12 and under!! Just communicate with us on messages who is coming.

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE! this apartment is upstairs and it is off an alley right behind our home. The entrance is on the alley.

The space
This newly renovated studio has a queen bed in the room, a bathroom, high speed WiFi, Netflix, AC, portable heating units, a designated parking space, and plenty of space for your friends or family. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, a blender, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, cooking utensils, and more. But don’t let that sway you from eating out at some of the best restaurants on the West Coast…don’t worry, I will provide you a list of my recommendations at check-in. Child friendly and pet friendly!

A walk in closet with a nice renovated bathroom makes this studio have a large yet cozy feel.

Things to note: Huntington Hide Out is located in the heart of the action. Beach traffic is present and can be constant at peak times. A sound machine is provided in the bedroom to impact noice levels if needed.

Need fresh air? This unit is located on private property with a common space which includes outdoor seating, community grill, fire pit, and some fun activities! In front of the unit you will have your own little sitting area, or can join your neighbors at the fire pit and grill seating area! Want to take a cruise on the beach path? There are bike rental shops within walking distance to the unit. Want to layout and enjoy the California sunshine? We provide you with beach towels and some beach items to make your stay truly care-free.

Guests will be able to park in an assigned parking garage space within the property. One parking spot is allocated to guests. Street parking is also available but somewhat limited.

Cleaning fee charged includes professionally cleaned apartment along with professionally washed linens, towels, mats. Also includes replenished supplies such as laundry supplies, cooking supplies, plenty of paper towels and toilet paper. Free keurig coffee and green tea.

Please note that the apartment building is older and shows some signs of wear and tear. We have done our best to update and make everything look and feel modern.

Please also note that the apartment building is located in an older area so outside areas will look a little older and run down.
