- "We stayed here for our 3 day trip to Knott's Berry Farm and would happily stay again. Our family of 6 was able to stay all in the same room with room to spare comfortably. Although it did rain a lot while we were there we still had an enjoyable stay. The kids were able to at least enjoy the hot tub for a little bit during our stay. It is all outdoors so keep that in mind. Breakfast was a nice plus, but if you have diet restrictions it probuably isnt going to be for you. Waffles, cold cereal, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, toast, coffee, hot cocoa, juices, yogurt and some fruits (apples, bananas and oranges while we were there). But for me and the kids it was perfectly sufficient. Location was right off the hwy and we were usually at Knotts gate within 30 mins (would prob be less without traffic and without pouring rain). The neighborhood seemed safe and denny's right next door if you didnt want a sugar filled breakfast. The microwave was a little messed up (didnt spin) but it worked for what we needed and the fridge didnt really stay a consitant temp but to store water it was fine. We did not have issues with noise of trains or cars in our room and we stayed in one of the big grain silo rooms facing the parking lot. Oh! Also parking was free and we could park right near our entrance so that was nice. Elevator was down the first day but up and going the 2nd. Faster to just take the stairs to the 2nd floor though. Overall it was comfy and safe. "
