- "We booked on April to stay in July" - "I could not stay at the property due to mismanagement of the reservations. I believe it was double booked and there was no communication about it. I only received the check in instruction and followed it and by the time of arrival there was another party that had already checked in. Since they were already checked in, my group was stranded. Management for this property also did not assist us in finding a new place to stay"

Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and a walkable distance to grocery stores, restaurants, the drugstore, and a park. Conveniently located close to the 210 freeway, Metro Station, Santa Anita Race Track, USC Arcadia hospital, Arcadia mall, 24h Fitness, the Arcadia Arboretum, City of Hope, and neighboring cities Pasadena and Monrovia. The host are wonderful people, I stayed for an extende and i would highly recommend itrecommend recommend it" - "Nice peacefull space. The pool was cold so we didn’t really stay long. The host is very helpful. There was a day when plumbing was off for a bit and there was no warning. I love the location. It’s close to so many things and very walkable. I liked the Roku tv too. The only reason I’m doing 4 instead of 5 is that there was like a smell of something like furniture or paint or something so I burned some candles and it helped. The drying rack was also rusted so I often just used a towel to dry it. It’s not big deals but it did make it all together a 4 star experience. The WiFi mostly worked but a few times it wouldn’t stay connected. Still worth checking out because it was very clean, safe, and nice overall."

Brand new built house located in San Gabriel Valley and is within easy access to Los Angeles. It's nestled in a quiet neighborhood and there are many supermarkets and restaurants within a 5-10 mins drive. New 58'' 4K smart TV, new kitchen appliances, new furniture, everything inside the house is new. The house also provides a large and nice patio where you can seat and relax . It is about 18 miles to LA downtown, 24 miles to Universal Studio, and 28 miles to Disneyland Park.

It’s located at a quiet neighborhood, this townhouse was newly built and we set up everything all by ourselves. This is a best place for family or couple friends gathering! as the host, we are 100% welcoming you guys, we look forward to making some new friends with this as well. All you could use in your own house could be found here and what you need extra we would try our best to provide! Come and try out this place we can't wait to hear from you!

Our townhouse is located in a very convenient and safe area, we designed all the interiors ourselves and because the house is newly built, all the facilities are brand new, very suitable for families and friends gatherings, we look forward to making big group friends through this platform!The house is fully equipped and we will assist in any way we can to provide the best possible experience for the residents if there is any additional need!Interested friends If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us, we will answer you as soon as possible! - "This property was minimally cleaned before our stay. If the bedrooms and bathrooms had not been cleaned a little more than the rest of the property, we would have not been comfortable staying there at all. The insufficient cleaning occurred despite paying a $150 dollar cleaning fee. In addition, it took around 10 minutes for the warm water to come on in the showers." - "What greeted us when we arrive was a carpeted staircase from the ground floor to the main living space that was beyond filthy. Splotches of God knows what on practically every stair, dirt along the edges of both sides and bleach splotches; same for the carpet leading from the main floor to the bedrooms. Walls were filthy as well; marked up everywhere and the baseboard were filthy everywhere. It is doubtful that the carpet has been cleaned or interior has been painted since it was built. Don’t look up or you will see the fan covers in the bath rooms covered with filth. Hanging wires where the master bedroom fire alarm should be and the other two detectors showed no sign of life. I have pictures and video to back up these statements. Barely any cutlery or dishes. The apt is right on a busy road and the windows don’t keep the noise out. We stayed one of a planned 5 nights only because it was so late. Efforts to discuss the issue with the landlord have met with silence. Even if you’re desperate don’t rent this place."

This is a room with a private bathroom with a separate entrance and a small refrigerator, microwave, oven and simple cutlery, and does not need to share the interior space with other people. The car can be parked in the backyard, and the swimming pool is also in the backyard.
