Amazing brand new lower unit just steps to sand. I am a super host and this is my "vintage surf bungalow". Indoor/outdoor bar, patio dining with bbq, outdoor shower, 2 tandem parking spots. Perfect for family gatherings.
Beach chairs, umbrella, surfboards, boogie boards and beach toys included.
There is a 4 car tandem garage, but Large SUVs will not fit.

The space
This unit is located on a small, quiet street, right across the street from the beach and about a 2 min walk to the sand.
There is a washer and dryer, outdoor shower and great patio out front for entertaining.
It comes with 2 tandem parking spaces in the garage.

Catastrophic Events: I do not provide a full refund. I work with my guests to find solutions that will work for both of us. I offer a credit towards another stay or I will provide a full refund if I am able to re-book the dates.

Due to the typically moderate coastal climate, this house, like most in the area does not have air conditioning but does have the ocean breeze. There are ceiling fans in every room.

Kick back and relax in this prime Corona del Mar location. Built in 2021 this back unit is stunning. Top of the line Wolf/Subzero appliances. Lynx outdoor grill with outdoor eating area and an outdoor rooftop deck with fire pit and a TV for evening relaxing and plenty of room to enjoy the beautiful coastal evenings. Just completed in 2021. This listing cannot accommodate pets of any kind including service and emotional support animals.

The space
Three block walk to steps which lead down to Corona Del Mar State beach. People also love to sit on the bluff at Lookout Point and watch the sunset.
Close to Fashion Island for shopping and walkable to many restaurants in Corona Del Mar.
There are two bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths with a full laundry room. Square footage is 1470. In addition there is a spacious rooftop deck and also a covered deck off of the living area.

Guest access
There is a small garage, but it is quite difficult to pull into, thus most guests are choosing to use street parking.

Unit is not appropriate for pets of any kind including service animals.
