The living room is pretty roomy. You can have up to 5 people in this house. It's just like a regular house, but with just one bedroom. . . I also have Netflix set up in the guest house so please feel free to watch it and if you want to purchase a movie you can always ask me and I'll help you with that. I also have a Tesla station where guest can use, but there’s a fee of $30 dollars for a one time use. I took the pictures with my phone so it doesn't really look as nice as it should. Please make sure not to smoke inside the house or there’s be a 1 time charge of smoking violation fee of $75 dollars. Once you guys stay here you will see how beautiful it looks! Please smoke outside, if you smoke. My Mother in law is a gardener so she does a lot of gardening therefore you will see many type of plants around the house. If you like plants then this is the house for you, we have an avocado tree, Dragon fruits, Chinese apple, and a lot more.

Ps: Please look and check out the house that you rented before going there. I have more then one place I have for rent and I posted a picture of how the house is supposed to look like. If you have any questions please ASK ME and don’t look for my mother in law, because she doesn’t speaks English! Please turn the A.C. off when you leave the house. It's expensive to leave it on the whole day when you guys are not at home . No partying my neighbors doesn’t like loud noises. Park only infront of my house or in my driveway it's a private neigborhood so just be careful. Please also take out the trash and do the all the dishes before you check-out! Or you’ll be charge $100 for the dishes and $25 for the house cleaners to take our your trash. I don’t give out full refund so make sure that if you do decide to book with me you will keep the appointment or lose the money. Thanks, for understanding!

1BR 1BA peaceful getaway in the middle of all that OC has to offer! The beautiful garden and tall, beamed ceilings make it feel spacious and luxurious. The design is well thought out in a cozy space.

The space
The Casita is attached to the garage but fully detached from the main home. It has its own porch with a relaxing space to sit or enjoy the hammock.

The wall between the bedroom and living space does not go to the ceiling. While it provides visual privacy, the bedroom is not soundproof from the kitchen and living room.

Because the Casita is isolated behind a single-family home, it is protected from outside or street noise.

Guest access
To enter the home, guests walk up the driveway, through the gate, and have a private entrance to the casita.

Free street parking is always available in front of the home
(with an option to park in the driveway on Tuesdays only during street sweeping: 11am-3pm)

Other things to note
The front window of the casita faces the back windows of the main home. There are privacy window coverings.

We have toddlers and the backyard space is shared. We try to be respectful and keep them quiet, but please alert us if you have unique sleeping hours so we can attempt to accommodate our backyard use during your stay.

The space
Welcome to your private getaway in North Tustin! This spacious (1,800 sq ft) 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom basement apartment offers comfort, privacy, and a touch of fun. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, while the large living room includes a cozy sectional and a computer desk for work or planning your adventures.

Enjoy access to a shared swimming pool, jacuzzi, and even a waterslide—perfect for sunny California days. Indoor and outdoor dining areas each seat four, and there’s a pool table for your entertainment. The kitchenette is ideal for simple meals, and outside, a small orchard with six fruit trees adds a charming touch of nature.

While part of the property is separated by a functional fence that’s not picture-perfect, the rest of the surroundings are lush and serene—an inviting space to relax and recharge.

We have an unattractive safety fence in the backyard (see photos) temporarily.

Also note that the only bathroom is in the master bedroom.

Pool is heated seasonally. Jacuzzi is heated upon request (2 hours notice).

Private back house with 2 bedroom and 2 full stand in shower bathrooms that is separate from the main house. The house is newly built made to keep everyone comfortable with central AC/heat. This house can accommodate 5 people easily. We are located in the heart of Orange County and have quick access to most main attractions local to the OC and John Wayne Airport. You’ll have 2 private parking stalls at the house and free parking on the street.

The space
The guest house is located separate behind the main house. There is a small entrance into an alley that will take you to the house giving you access to 2 private parking stalls. The alley access is tight and would accommodate compact and smaller vehicles (Toyota Minivan will fit as reference) RV’s are not permitted to park the private parking area but may park outside on the street.

*Has chinaware and kid friendly bowls and plates, cooking/eating utensils, hot water kettle, coffee pour over carafe, cups, wine cups, microwave, dry dish rack and gas range stove.



The Living Room

*Has a smart TV with ROKU device.

The Hallway

In the hallway you’ll have access to the washer/dryer. All the detergent and dryer sheets are located on the shelving above the washer/dryer unit.

Extra towels and sheets can be accessed there as well.

Guest access
There is a self check-in via keyless entry pad at the front door. Guests can access the back door from the inside of the house but will only have access to the front door as an entry point. There are surveillance cameras on the exterior of the perimeter.

Other things to note
The guest house is amongst our other houses there. Once you drive through the alley way you’ll clearly see your address with private parking (1 on the left of the house and 1 on the right of the house). Please drive very slowly through the alley around 1-2mph maximum. Upon exiting from the house, we recommend you do a 3 point turn to exit through the alley.
