The living room is pretty roomy. You can have up to 5 people in this house. It's just like a regular house, but with just one bedroom. . . I also have Netflix set up in the guest house so please feel free to watch it and if you want to purchase a movie you can always ask me and I'll help you with that. I also have a Tesla station where guest can use, but there’s a fee of $30 dollars for a one time use. I took the pictures with my phone so it doesn't really look as nice as it should. Please make sure not to smoke inside the house or there’s be a 1 time charge of smoking violation fee of $75 dollars. Once you guys stay here you will see how beautiful it looks! Please smoke outside, if you smoke. My Mother in law is a gardener so she does a lot of gardening therefore you will see many type of plants around the house. If you like plants then this is the house for you, we have an avocado tree, Dragon fruits, Chinese apple, and a lot more.

Ps: Please look and check out the house that you rented before going there. I have more then one place I have for rent and I posted a picture of how the house is supposed to look like. If you have any questions please ASK ME and don’t look for my mother in law, because she doesn’t speaks English! Please turn the A.C. off when you leave the house. It's expensive to leave it on the whole day when you guys are not at home . No partying my neighbors doesn’t like loud noises. Park only infront of my house or in my driveway it's a private neigborhood so just be careful. Please also take out the trash and do the all the dishes before you check-out! Or you’ll be charge $100 for the dishes and $25 for the house cleaners to take our your trash. I don’t give out full refund so make sure that if you do decide to book with me you will keep the appointment or lose the money. Thanks, for understanding!
