This rental unit is 1 of 2 Rental units on the property. The main house and the guest suite have separate entrances and are completely private. Each rental unit is completely independent and not share with anyone outside of your reservation. There is a friendly French bulldog that lives in the main house. Please be aware that the owners do take the dog outside into the yard.

There is a home surveillance system on site in the common areas for the safety of our home and our guests.

Guest access
Guests can enjoy our guest suite. There is no outdoor patio or yard. You'll have 100% Privacy inside your rental. The guest suite is accessible via a smart lock and is NOT a shared space. We will send you a personal access code upon check-in and therefore do not need to meet in person.

Free street parking is available for all vehicles (See signs for street sweeper days).

There is NO access to the main house, garage and backyard.

Private Patio: Upon arrival, there is free unlimited street parking, right in front of the entrance gate. When you enter, you will step into your own PRIVATE outdoor space! The Studio: Once through the french doors, you will find all the basics and then some! This cozy studio is furnished with a queen bed, work space, smart TV, record player (w. Bluetooth input), coffee station, closet and a full bathroom. It is even equipped with robes and all the toiletries you could need for your stay!

This is private detached guesthouse. Cozy ambience, quiet neighborhood and permit parking. The yard has an unheated pool which you are more than welcome to use. We also have two little dogs named Louie and Lucy who are very friendly.
