• Newly installed vinyl fencing creates an enclosed, private outdoor space accessible via a side gate—exclusive to you.

• Start your morning on the private patio, enjoying a peaceful coffee.

•This house is equipped with Cooktop, Microwave, Coffee machine, in-house Laundry Washer and Dryer.

•The kitchen is supplied with cups, plates, pots, frying pans, and cooking utensils. There are provided seasonings: salt, pepper and cooking oil.

***HOUSE RULES ***

To avoid any unwanted potential issues during your stay, please read carefully our house rule details and please note that any violation of these rules may result in additional charges and/or host intervention.

1)*** Only 3 maximum guests are allowed during stay, NO daytime/overnight visitors, NO gathering for party or events. NO EXCEPTION. We always fully respect neighbors and tenants to avoid any problems happen while you stay in my property

***Always 2 street parking available in front the entrance. 1 extra vehicle can park on the driveway with advanced notice to me. Please do not park in front of neighbors' street sides.
***FRIDAY street sweeping 10am-12pm.

2) Quiet hours (no outdoor activity) are from 10 PM to 8AM.

3) No indoor smoke. No illegal substances are allowed on the property.

4) No amplified music outside.

5) Restrooms: Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.

6) Bedrooms: No food and beverages allowed except for water. Please avoid placing luggage on the beds to prevent bed bugs.

7) Pet-free: We’re a pet-free home, which includes animals of all types.

8) NO Extra Guests/Visitors include daytime/overnight.

9)Check-out is at 11 AM. A late check-out will result in a late check-out fee.

10) Please wash any dirty dishes

LOST AND FOUND POLICY: We won't be able to ship any lost items.

ADDITIONAL NOTE:

Outdoor security cameras are located at the front gate (exterior locations only). These outdoor cameras will be used to prevent parties, events, or large gatherings. It will also be used to verify guest count. The maximum number of people allowed is three guest per stay. There are no cameras inside the house.

Great new 2-bedroom guesthouse with spacious bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has 2 full beds, and Bedroom 2 has 1 queen bed. It also features 1.5 bathrooms, a very large kitchen, and a spacious living room. Perfect for a family or group of friends. The property offers plenty of privacy and is located in a quiet neighborhood.
