And while the cooking part may be fun (at least to some) the cleaning part has never been the desirable task. Well it just got easier with a countertop dishwasher!

The unit is attached to the main house. It has a full-size bed along with a twin size pull out couch.

Fun Fact- we have a 2yr old, who is a chatter box during the day and sometimes his voice travels through the walls. Don't worry he sleeps great at night.

None of these cameras have a line of sight or is capable of viewing indoor spaces. There are NO indoor cameras. There are NO forms of video surveillance for activities inside the home.

Tampering with any of the cameras is strictly prohibited.

7) Pet-free: We’re a pet-free home, which includes animals of all types.

Very comfortable. Relaxing living room. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful. Perfect place to get some rest. Short Driving distance to the beach, Knotts berry farm, Disneyland and Los Angeles.

During your stay at The Greenhouse, you’ll have full access to the townhouse, with the exception of one locked bedroom near the hall bathroom, which is reserved for owner use.

Parking: Guests may park in the private carport directly behind the unit—please use the left-side space. Street parking is also available nearby. Please note: Parking in any other off-street spaces is strictly prohibited and vehicles parked in unauthorized spaces will be towed.

The rest of the home is yours to enjoy, including all other bedrooms, private patios, spacious living areas, and the fully equipped kitchen. Make yourself at home!

The space
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with its private entry, both on the side with the bathroom and the bedroom; it has a smart TV, a twin over full size futon bunk bed, an optional twin floor mattress, a chair, a mini split AC to control your own temperature, a printer, a medium sized stainless steel fridge outside for your bedroom underneath the attached patio cover where the pool is, a double closet, and a nightstand. The bedroom is located to the side of the house where the pool is located and is completely insulated against noise from our family or other renters, if no one else is using the pool.

The bedroom is half the size of a standard bedroom, so it's not ideal for those who needs a lot of space. It can sleep up to 4 guests with the optional twin floor mattress which needs to be tucked underneath the futon bunk bed or hung up against the wall for extra walking space during non-sleeping hours.

You'll be provided at least one parking space on our driveway, and the rest of the parking spaces will be available on a first-come first served basis. Please note that street sweeping happens every Monday at 8am, so please move your vehicle from the street on that day at that time if you don't want to be ticketed.

This is not an "entire house" listing. It is a "guest suite", meaning your living/dining/laundry room will share one wall with an adjacent listing; this dining/laundry/living room is detached from the master bedroom, a quick one minute walk around the building. You'll have access to a second full size fridge with freezer, a washer/dryer combo, a sink, quartz countertops, genuine wood cabinets, a two-seat bar-height dining table with bar stools, a loveseat with two recliners, a small round coffee table, an optional glass square table located outside of your dining area which you can bring into the listing if you need additional dining space, and all kitchen/dining/cooking/washing amenities for 4, all exclusive for your use. We will provide soap, laundry detergent, and toilet paper up to a week's stay, and you'll be responsible for the rest for your stay. Spices, salt, sugar, and pepper are provided, but you might need to replenish them as needed. The dining/living/laundry area is not insulated against noise from the adjacent listing.

Attached to a single family residential home located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a second cul-de-sac in a low-traffic, quiet, owner-occupied, and tidy neighborhood full of fresh green lawns and trees that clean the air (the upper end of Buena Park), this guest suite does not have parking restrictions and is not as crowded or as densely populated as apartments, townhouses, or condos. This means more cleanliness, privacy, safety, and security for your group, especially if you are not from the area. Many former guests are comforted knowing that host is available on-site 24/7 to immediately take care of guest(s)' needs (except when host is on vacation, running errands, and/or attending kids' events).

This listing offers one of the most AMAZING backyard experience through ample shades of Russian olive trees and the smell of fresh clean air, lavender, and other plants. You can rest under the hammock while watching squirrels, bunnies, and flowers landing on various roses, English ivys, and other climbing plants. It's a tropical paradise away from home. If you have kids, they will love the pool, playground, sand-playing area, swings, trampoline, high-chair, and tons of toys that can be checked out from us (we even provide strollers, bassinette, baby swing, and bouncer for those with infants and/or toddlers!). The Smart-TV with complimentary Netflix and sling cable, with local antennae that offers +1000 to stream, keeps kids and other family members entertained while you are working with fast wifi, a desktop with computer monitor, a printer, and a desk. For those tired muscles, you can either turn on those massage jets in your own private bathroom or relax in the pool or spa. Guests who desire some exercise will appreciate the Power Training Machine, other on-site exercise gears, a great neighborhood to jog without fearing for one's safety, or --for those with knee problems-- walk to a running track full of fresh grass. Your pets can freely and safely roam in our fenced backyard, as long as you clean after them! Being in the end of a cul-de-sac within a cul-de-sac within walking distance from Cypress College, this UNIQUE location offers a great location for joggers, pets, and/or kids due to ample space, quiet neighborhood, and safe location. And extra bonus--5 minutes from Knott's Berry Farm or downtown Buena Park mall, 20 minutes from Disneyland or beaches, and lots of other amusement parks.

Although cooking is limited to portable hot plates, pots, and pans, you'll be provided with everything you need to cook, dine, and store food.

Need a place to hang out or socialize? On a first-come, first-served basis, patio furnitures next to the pool, a firepit table, tables and chairs underneath the trees, or a detached room with a smart TV and leather couch and loveseat are all available for guests to hang out with family members and/or friends. The extra room has its own lock, which guests can request exclusive use, as long as it's available with advance notice. There are also plenty of foldable tables, chairs, and storage areas available.

If you appreciate occasional human interaction with friendly, professional guests and host from other parts of the country or world, while simultaneously be kept safe and privacy respected through a private entry and a secure lock, look no further. We are a local Vietnamese family available as needed. Since we work from home and homeschool our children, you'll have immediate access to us if something breaks down during your stay, and we'll be able to respond to you immediately (unless we're out of town due to family vacation, errands, or kids' activity); furthermore, we watch our property 24/7 to make sure no bad actor enters the listing. Out of respect for guests' privacy and possible sensitivity to Covid, we do not initiate interaction without guest initiation. This means we generally stay away from areas guests use.

There is no full kitchen exclusive for guests' use, though there are extra cabinets, countertop spaces, and sink. A full kitchen is a full-range stove-top oven combo with a dishwasher and double sink; this full indoor kitchen is available on host's side with advance requests.

Security cameras are installed infront of the house, the fences, and the pool. You can possibly hear social noises of other renters outside of quiet hours. HVAC thermostat is controlled by host, but guests are welcome to request a comfortable temperature. Guests who desire to control the AC thermostat need to provide us with an email they are comfortable sharing with the other group renting the other parts of the home.

The suite is ideal for guests who simply need a safe, secure, and quiet place to settle down, sleep, eat, and work. You will have your own desktop and printer, with fast wifi, desk, and office chair. Although there is no full indoor kitchen (i.e. full-range stove/oven combo) exclusive for guests' use, we will provide everything you need to cook, dine, and wash your dishes, including cabinets and your own countertop spaces. Your fridge is stainless steel. With advance notice, there is an extra detached room available that can be used as a common area, available on a first-come, first-served basis.

We do have two bunnies who freely roam around the backyard, so please keep gate closed at all times. Our trees and plants attract lots of squirrels, beetles, birds, butterflies, lizards, and other wild animals, so it's super ideal for nature-lovers.

Many guests appreciate the comfort of an on-site host for extra security and for immediate assistance to ensure everything runs smoothly. For families with young children and/or pets, we have lots of toys and other kid-friendly amenities to keep them occupied, but guests are responsible for supervision of their children at all times. Our kids are homeschooled, so you might see them hanging out or doing schoolwork outdoors. You will share the washer and dryer with our family, available anytime with advance notice. Respecting guests' time and social comfort distance, our family generally stay away from areas guests use.

Quiet hours are 9pm to 6am, with the exception of sick kids. Due to shared walls, you might possibly hear social noises outside of quiet hours. Due to our strict house rules, we have historically attracted very respectful, professional, and quiet-loving guests, so this listing is not ideal for a rowdy atmosphere.
