This beautiful newly build home is situated in a cul-de-sac in a quiet, idyllic neighborhood. The house consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is a completely separate unit from the main house with its own separate entrance which will provide needed privacy to its dwellers. The location comes with many parking spots. In addition, guests will have access to Wifi, a Smart TV (Roku accessible), fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom amenities. The large, serene, green and beautifully decorated backyard is a shared space between the front and back house.
This cozy place is conveniently situated amongst some of the coolest attractions that Southern California has to offer. Big attractions such as Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm are 5 and 2 miles away, respectively. For those who are interested in the local culture, there are smaller local attractions such as Medieval Times, Soak City, Adventure Park, or the swap meet that are a mere 10 minutes away.

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. For the security of my guest and mine, my house has 4 exterior cameras. One facing the front of the house, one facing the Left side of the house, One facing the driveway and one facing the backyard. There are NO cameras where guest will be staying and there are no cameras inside the house.

The Peacock Suites is located within walking distance (0.9 miles ~15 min walk) of Disneyland Park and the Anaheim Convention Center. Featuring spacious one bedroom accommodations (over 400 square feet) which offer first class amenities and the utmost in comfort while staying in Anaheim. The Anaheim Resort Transportation (ART) shuttle stops at the Peacock Suites and is a short shuttle ride to the Disneyland Resort ($6 adults, $2.50 child for a one-day pass).

The space
The Peacock Suites has a guest rating of 8.6 out of 10 on Expedia. All units have either: 1) King bed or 2) two queen beds in the bedroom. The living room includes a queen size sofa sleeper and kitchenette (small refrigerator, microwave, sink and utensils). Please let me know what dates you are interested in (and which bed option) and I will check on the availability.

The property offers two whirlpool spas, a sparkling pool and a rooftop sundeck. In each of the suites you will find a refrigerator, a microwave oven, utensils/plates, a coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, in room safe, free WiFi, cable TV, and CD/DVD player. For guests convenience you can purchase attraction tickets from the front desk.

I have been an owner of Shell Vacations Time Share properties for over 10 years (The Peacock Suites) being one property owned by Shell Vacations Club. You will check in just like at any hotel. This is a timeshare unit and it's fully transferable so I will be booking the nights under your name. I will email you the reservation confirmation document from the timeshare company showing the reservation being under your name.

- There is a $250 refundable deposit due upon check in to the Peacock Suites to cover any damages to the room (credit or debit card only).

- Parking is valet only at $20/day plus tax (includes in and out privileges.

Welcome to my home, a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, detached, single family house in a nice and safe Anaheim neighborhood just 1.5 miles to Disneyland! I live in the home with my teenage son and 1 friendly dog. We are very clean and respectful to give you your space during your stay. I want you to feel at home so feel free to use the common space but please clean up after yourself.
