The perfect place to stay for a quick trip to LA. Relax with the whole family in this tranquil home. The location of this house is very good and really quiet . Also has a very nice and quiet mountain view surround. The house room is very cozy and inviting , 1 bedroom , 1 livingroom with small kitchen and one bathroom . There are a queen size bed with comfortable brand mattress, High speed internet . Amenities included big TV with local channels.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cozy, private guest house. Located off the 10 Fwy. So many great places to visit within a 45 in drive. Be in Disneyland, or Knott's Berry Farm in about 30 minutes. Raging Waters, or Santa Anita racetrack are about 15/20 minutes, or take a drive to the nearest beach or mountains, 45 minutes or less. Los Angles is located just 25 minutes from here! Feel like shopping or watching a movie? The mall and movie theater are within walking distance.

The space
The guesthouse is nicely tucked away behind the main house, which gives it a very private secluded feel. You'll go past the driveway, on your left-hand side to large wooden door that leads to the guesthouse. The second door with the keypad is the entry door to the guesthouse Once inside you'll find yourself in the kitchen. You'll see to your right the main bedroom with the queen size bed. To the left the small room with the twin bed. Just passed the kitchen is the living room. The sofa in the living room converts to a bed which may sleep up to 2 people. From the living room there you'll find a single door that leads to the restroom. From the living room there are French doors that lead you to your own private backyard. outside you'll also find the Washer/dryer.
Plenty of free street parking only. The driveway is designated for the main house.
No worry of being ticketed or towing, even on street sweeping days.

There is two private entrance doors that make it completely enclosed and private. For an additional charge you may request access to our pool and lounge area. Guest must sign a pool liability form before use. Please note: Pool is not heated and some days may be blocked.

We have a swimming pool. For an additional charge you can have access to enjoy it and just lounge. Free parking on street. Please note: Wednesday there is street sweeping from 7am-11am. On that day we can designate a parking spot on our private driveway.

Guests have private access to the pool, Netflix, full kitchen, WiFi, coffee station, board games, private washer/dryer, and free street parking.

The space
Sunny Days Tiny House is cozy yet comfortably accommodates 1-2 people. Despite being only 300 sqft, it has everything you need—a private entrance with self check-in, AC/heater, full kitchen with cooking and eating utensils, private washer/dryer (behind the unit), and a recently installed water softener system for healthy skin and hair.

The main house is on the lower level away from the unit so you’ll have plenty of privacy during your stay!

This studio will make you feel prepared for everything that Los Angeles, San Bernardino, and Orange County have to offer! It’s perfect as a romantic couples getaway, or a hub for you to relax after a fun day at Disneyland, Universal Studios, Knott’s Berry Farm, Santa Monica, etc. Whether it’s a couples vacation or a business trip, we have your comfort as our top priority!
