It Has Beautiful Mountain Views, It's Clean And Nicely Decorated. Very Spacious. Just 5 Miles To The Claremont Colleges Which Is The Majority Of Our Guests. We Love To Host College Families! We Are Located At The Foothills So There Is Tons Of Great Hiking Trails In The Area. We Are 37 Miles Away From Disneyland, 10 Miles To Ontario International Airport, 55 Miles To LAX Airport, 42 Miles To Downtown LA, 8 Miles To Mt. Baldy, 61 Miles To Big Bear Lake, 50 Miles To The Newport Beach. This home is located at the foothills in the San Antonio Heights area of Upland. There is a park just down the street. It is an eclectic neighborhood with some large homes and many small quaint properties. It has a rural feel to it. Wildlife can be prevalent around the area. We have personally seen; rabbits, squirrels, coyotes, raccoons, skunks, hawks, owls, bobcats, mountain lions, etc.

Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, including air fryer and crockpot. Temperature is controlled separately in each room by a ductless heating & a/c system. No smoking & no pets. It has a private covered parking that can fit 1 car.

The space
Because this is an RV Travel trailer the restroom is small for efficiency. If you've ever camped in a travel trailer you are familiar with the size of the showers in these restrooms. The shower is small but does the job for quick showers. The bunk beds are mainly suitable for kids but can accommodate most teenagers. The dining room table can convert to a 4th bed or just a bigger sleeping bed than the bunk beds.

The space
This is a newer apartment with approximately 800 square feet and is very nicely laid out. It is upstairs from our home with it's own separate entrance. Since you enter on the side of the home we will most likely never meet. It has it's own living room, kitchenette, full bathroom and bedroom. There is a pull out queen-sized couch in the living room area and a Cal-King sized bed in the bedroom. No Smoking & No Pets. The unit has outside stairs with no access from the main house. There is a place to park next to the stairs that can fit 2 mid-sized cars. We never enter the unit until you have communicated to us that you have vacated so you do not have to worry about anyone looking in on you. You will have total privacy.

Guest access
The unit is totally private. A day before your arrival you will be emailed the combo to the lock on the front door of the unit and detailed directions to our home. There is a kitchenette with a microwave, air fryer, refrigerator, toaster and one hotplate/burner for cooking. No open flame is allowed. You have a living room, bathroom with tub & shower combo and a private bedroom with a Cal-King bed. Washer and dryer are there for your convenience and laundry soap is provided. You have the ability to control the heating and air conditioning so you can keep the temperature where it is comfortable for you.

Other things to note
This guest house sits at the foothills of the mountains with mountains views from the entry porch and north windows. We are close to the Claremont Colleges, Ontario Convention Center, Victoria Gardens and just 1 mile north of the 210 freeway. It is located in San Antonio Height - known as the Gem Of The Foothills. There is a very nice park just a stone's throw from our home which is perfect if you have little ones.

The guest house is located in the foothills of Mt. Baldy with easy access to Claremont Colleges, Mt Baldy ski resort, and Ontario Convention Center. We always strive for our guest's privacy, so the house is insulated with gates and foliage from the rest of the estate. We will usually have someone on property for assistance if required.
