The space
It is a ground level home suitable for families, children, friendly environment. Theres two bedrooms one with a king sized bed the other with a queen sized bed, one full bathroom, a walk in pantry, a kitchen and dining table. please note there is no living room but there is a lounge area just outside the guesthouse. The guest house is connected to the main house but does not go into the main house it is it's own private guest house with it's own entry. This guest house is big enough to comfortably fit 4 people. Please look at all pictures carefully. im available through Airbnb for any questions or concerns. Please note that the pool is not an amenity included with the guest house. The host and hosts family lives on property.

Guest access
guests have access to the entire guest house. I also provide guests to access a lounge area with two comfortable outdoor sofas and a round table with a big umbrella for shade along with its 4 chairs. The pool area is not included with your stay please read house rules for additional information.

Other things to note
No loitering. If theres extra guests I will have to charge a fee even if they are not staying the night. Thank you for understanding. There is a late check out fee of $20 per hour and an early check in fee of $20 per hour. If guests want to check in early or check out late they must tell me in advanced and pay the fee before staying the extra hours needed. If the fees are not payed first i cannot let guests stay the extra hours. Also, please note that my place does not have a “living room” area

TVs do not have cable, but do have access to Netflix and Amazon Video with specific Airbnb accounts.

We have a very comfortable queen sized bed, fine linens, a wicker settee with ottoman in the bedroom and mid century loveseat, chair and coffee table in the living room, WiFi, and cable television, The newer bathroom has a walk-in shower, single sink, and commode. The floors have painted concrete with partial carpet in the bedroom and natural concrete with rugs in the living room. The cottage does provide a wall unit A/C/Heating in the bedroom that cools and warms the bedroom evenly. The living room space is heated by a portable heater, but does not have A/C, but ceiling and floor fans. Newer Kitchenette has microwave, studio apartment size refrigerator, four burner cooktop, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and limited cooking supplies and dishes. Guests have their own fenced in beautiful yard at the back of the property, where you can sit in your own private area and enjoy the views of the SAN BERNARDINO MOUNTAINS AND PALM TREES! Beautiful space to enjoy your morning coffee. Sparkling pool is located in the backyard of the front house. Guests are welcome to use the pool, but please note the gathering area in the photo is used primarily by the front house. The "Cozy Nest' has its own secluded gathering area.

On Street parking, but charming "Cozy Nest" is located by walking up a gravel easement and into the backyard. The cottage is located in your own private part of the property and is accessed through its own door.

Other things to note
The front house is occupied by ourselves and there is a secondary backyard that is used exclusively by the Airbnb guest. The "Cozy Nest" is attached to a garage. Also there is pool equipment that is located in the backyard of the "Cozy Nest". The pool equipment runs during the hours of 8A.M. and 2 P.M. Only number of guests sent with the Request to Book may occupy the "Cozy Nest". Since we do not encourage parties we would appreciate if you limit the number of guests that will be visiting you at the “Nest”. The pool is not heated so usually open late May to late September. No parties please. We do have dogs that primarily use the pool backyard on a limited basis. We are very courteous to give our guests their privacy when using the pool by bringing the dogs inside.

This property has two units. Entrance is from rear of the main house, unit #1. Walk down the left side of the house to get to the property Note: when you get to the back you will see the other unit #2, that is not it.

Guest access
The entrance is in the back of the front house. Just go through the left side of the house to get to the back, do not go to the second separate unit, your entrance is attached to the main house from the back.

PARK on the left side of the driveway to allow the front house to park two vehicles to the right of you. Once in the back, do not go past to the second separate house, that's not it.

There are three properties on the lot. The patio is open to the other two units at the moment.

Downtown Redlands is just a few short minutes drive away along with University of Redlands, Loma Linda University, Redlands Hospital, Loma Linda Hospital, VA Hospital and ESRI.

The space
Our guests will have access to their own large patio that provides beautiful views of the canyon and the mountains. The home includes a fully furnished living room with foosball table, dining room, kitchen with all appliances, washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed. There is also a pull out sofa or if you prefer a queen size air mattress with an electric pump with extra sheets, blankets, and pillows

SELF CHECK IN: We try to personally greet all of our guests, but in the event we are delayed or otherwise occupied we will make other accommodations to get you the keys.

Please ENTER and EXIT the west side of the turn around driveway which is the side closest to Alessandro Dr. Parking is immediately to the left and will have a COTTAGE parking sign posted. Walk up the walkway up the stairs and thru the patio deck to the front door.

HEAT AND AIR: The thermostat remote for the heating and air is located in the dining room, Kitchen and bedroom. We request that you put the switch in the “off" position when you depart.

LINENS: Please leave the bed unmade, and all linings including any extra blankets used in a pile in the middle of the bed.

Air mattress: please unscrew the air cap to release the air in the mattress. Please roll it up and place it back in its storage bag.

The washer and dryer are for your personal items. Soap is in the rolling cabinet across from the washer. PLEASE DO NOT WASH OUR TOWELS OR LINENS.

DISHES AND UTENSILS : During the course of your stay and up to the night before your departure, PLEASE WASH ALL GLASSWARE, UTENSILS, DISHES AND PANS, and leave them in the strainer to dry. We will put them away.
