The space
It is a ground level home suitable for families, children, friendly environment. Theres two bedrooms one with a king sized bed the other with a queen sized bed, one full bathroom, a walk in pantry, a kitchen and dining table. please note there is no living room but there is a lounge area just outside the guesthouse. The guest house is connected to the main house but does not go into the main house it is it's own private guest house with it's own entry. This guest house is big enough to comfortably fit 4 people. Please look at all pictures carefully. im available through Airbnb for any questions or concerns. Please note that the pool is not an amenity included with the guest house. The host and hosts family lives on property.

Guest access
guests have access to the entire guest house. I also provide guests to access a lounge area with two comfortable outdoor sofas and a round table with a big umbrella for shade along with its 4 chairs. The pool area is not included with your stay please read house rules for additional information.

Other things to note
No loitering. If theres extra guests I will have to charge a fee even if they are not staying the night. Thank you for understanding. There is a late check out fee of $20 per hour and an early check in fee of $20 per hour. If guests want to check in early or check out late they must tell me in advanced and pay the fee before staying the extra hours needed. If the fees are not payed first i cannot let guests stay the extra hours. Also, please note that my place does not have a “living room” area

This suite can easily accommodate any schedule.

Other things to note
There are 2 small, indoor dogs on the property. they do not have access to your patio or suite. To access the suite, you'll use your private staircase up to a door with a smart lock. The entire residence is completely separate from the main house, aside from one shared wall. There is no entrance to or from the main house from this suite.
