This airy studio oasis, set back from the street and nestled up a flight of stairs in a separate building behind our 1925 Italian Revival home, invites you to relax and rejuvenate while enjoying its restful space inside or basking outside in the sun in the secluded pool area and garden. The Redlands Guesthouse glows with dappled light. Refreshing views of nearby San Bernardino mountains and backyard treetops beckon from every window. Singles, Couples, traveling professionals, and artists will find the space inspiring.

The Redlands Guesthouse welcomes you with a complimentary bottle of champagne or wine and is fully furnished with all you might need during your stay. The kitchen includes a gas 4-burner stovetop, microwave, coffeemaker, coffee (regular and decaf), creamers, sweeteners, tea assortment, toaster, cooking, basics—spices, sugar, flour, olive oil, oatmeal, granola, & breakfast bars—Calphalon pots and pans, mixing bowls, measuring tools, cookbooks, cooking utensils, place service for 4, sink, dish soap, drainboard, and mini-fridge with freezer. Parking is on the street in front of the house. Arrangements can be made if you need off-street parking.
We live in the main house and you may be sharing the pool and backyard with us and guests.
Cleaning fee is non-refundable. Our amazing housekeeper is worth every penny! She will delight you with a sparkling, fresh and thoroughly clean experience, top to bottom.

The amenities and supplies are for your use during your stay, but please do not take any items with you (except the Redlands-made soaps and oil—those are our gifts to you). If you would like a particular item, let me know, and we can work something out. Some items are made in Redlands and are available for sale from the artisans. Please note that this is a studio unit with an attached wall to main home; host resides on-site. This is a small studio set-up.

This unit does not have a full kitchen, but unit includes coffee maker, ninja smoothie blender, small conventional oven, microwave, and small fridge.

- Guests agree to keep the premises in good condition and be financially responsible for any items missing or broken.
- There will be an extra charge cleaning charge if the home is left excessively dirty. (To be determined by cleaning staff)
- Also, extra charges for any stains or damages to property or furniture.
-No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. There is a $35 dollar charge for each outside guest. Should number of guests on property exceed the amount in the reservation, the reservation will be canceled immediately at host's discretion with no refund.
- There is a late checkout charge of $150, unless host gives a late checkout complimentary.
- Please note that if you are under 25, we may decline your booking request and/or cancel your reservation.
If you have no reviews on your Airbnb profile or if your rating is below 5 stars, we may decline your booking request and/or cancel your reservation.
Fees: $200 per day smoking fee. Smoking is allowed outside away from entrance and or home windows. $150 late checkout fee.
If subsequent guests, with reservations booked on Airbnb or other platforms, are unable to use the property or access their reserved room due to any action by you not limited to lost keys, locked doors, accessibility issues, damaged furniture, smoking, lead times for replacement items, damage to the property, or violation of house rules, you are financially responsible for the lost revenue, discounts, or compensation afforded to them by us for the inconvenience.
You agree that you are booking in good will with your host, and you will not attempt to damage your host's business because you're unhappy with the ruling by Airbnb or the host in the event that you experience any dissatisfying in regard to your stay or you lose a resolution.
