Home is 70% solar electric power with help from a 600watt windmill. Water is dispersed from a 400' deep well for drinking and showers , while the vegetation is watered by rain water that is harvested in 6 300 gallon water totes. water is heated by 2 water heaters, one propane backup if electric instant heater needs assistance. I creek runs through property which is mostly dry except during rains in which it becomes 30' wide and 4-12' deep. Spectacular sight during storms. Large playground, monkey bars, swings that were all custom fabricated out of steel. we have a tether ball court for fun times. The space
Rental property. Town house downstairs portion is for guests. I mainly will never be there but just in case I am i do say shared. I will mainly be upstairs in my bedroom. You will only have to go upstairs to shower. There is a bathroom downstairs as well. Please no shoes in property. There are shoes covers if you choose not to take your shoes off. They are on the bench by the front door. No smoking please go off property entirely to smoke. Thank you again

You will access property from the front door. Lock box will contain key.

Other things to note
You will be on the downstairs portion of the property. All access except the garage is off limits. There are air mattresses as well as the couches. There are blankets and pillows as well. I do provide towels. You will have access to upstairs bathroom only. The upstairs bedroom is off limits.
