- "The property was very nice and new. However , we weren’t notified until we purchased that it runs on septic and we could not flush any toilet paper. Other than that the house was very clean and comfy. We appreciated the prompt response from the owners since we were in a rush to find somewhere to stay since our house flooded." - "Nice quiet neighborhood. The place was very well decorated except for the hanging wall paper in the master bedroom. Also, upstairs all but 1 window opens but doesn’t have a screen. There’s a door in the master that goes outside, however that screen door has large gaps all around, so bugs get in."

There was lack of cooking utensils had to go out and buy our own. Property was advertised as 6 guests but only provided 5 towels. The upstairs neighbors have little kids and is very loud late night and early morning with heavy running through thin ceiling. The neighborhood isn’t the greatest and a bit seedy but didn’t have any issues or conflicts. Overall it is not worth the prices, especially when so much money is allocated towards cleaning fee and it doesn’t appear to be utilized properly."

- "The property was below expectations. The complex was on the rougher side, and there were damaged items in the house including the couch. The bed mattress was still wrapped in plastic and not comfortable to sleep on. The internet speed and tv variety was nice, as well as the patio area. The host was very communicative and brought towels because there weren’t any, but the towels were small, thin, rough and stained. The price was very reasonable, but I would not stay here again. The parking out front of the complex was tough to find and as well, had to walk far."

- "My reservation was cancelled the day before we were supposed to arrive. Needless to say I wasn't happy. And it sounded like a fake reason - be careful if you book here." - "While the inside is accurate the host fails to mention the garage is a 4 car shared garage that both cleaning staff and residents leave open so your car is not safe there is a trap house located rught behind that light off fire works randomly throughout the night and week on top of all this the wifi was out for 75% of the stay neighbors would connect to your tv multiple time messing with you do not stay here it is not worth the money"

The downstairs one bedroom/one bath unit belongs to another rental unit for a single renter or a couple. As long as this unit is not rented out, you can still use the bathroom downstairs. In a rare case when this downstairs unit gets rented out, there is a door that is locked on both sides to separate you from that downstairs unit. You will have to park your cars on the street, and you will get access to the property from the front door, not from the garage. The washer and dryer in the garage will be shared.

- "Very nice property. Owner has been communicative. Any issues were dealt with promptly. We are staying here while our house is being repaired. We are currently here for 3 weeks but probably will need to stay longer. I will definitely extend our stay if necessary and would book it again without hesitation. You won’t regret staying here."
