You’ll have exclusive access to the entire main house, including the private backyard and garage, with 24/7 self-check-in. Please note that there is an attached studio, rented long-term by a single tenant, which is not accessible to guests. The tenant will enter the garage to use the laundry on Mondays only. Other than that, the backyard is for your sole use, ensuring a private and relaxing stay.

- "Overall nice place... " - "This property was not as described. The VRBO website indicated this house would sleep seven and shows four beds. There is no fourth bed as shown in the photos. The website indicates 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. There is no king bed. Sleeping arrangements describe the beds differently. The site indicates 2 bathrooms with bathtub and one half bath. There is no bathtub. The second shower is not large enough for an adult and there is no half bath. So technically there is one complete bath and the second bath is good for small kids. The website indicates a bidet in each bathroom. There is no bidet.The kitchen could have used a couple of cookie sheets and larger glasses. The refrigerator could have used a bit more cleaning.If the home sleeps 7, there should be comfortable seating in the living room for 7. There is not. Overall the whole place could have been cleaner. I was charged a cleaning deposit but it kind of felt like the place had not been cleaned before I got there except for the clean towels and bedding. The shade knobs and light switches were very grungy. The floors were very dirty. Regulating a good temperature downstairs caused the upstairs to be uncomfortably warm. The biggest issue would be about safety. The two steps down into the dining/kitchen are not clearly indicated and easily missed. Location is good. Neighborhood is nice and mostly quiet. Parking is very adequate. Wi-Fi was good but it would have been nice to get that with check in information. "
