The room comes with a complimentary breakfast buffet (nothing fancy, but a good way to start the day), and there are many inexpensive dining options nearby for lunch and dinner. The room was clean, if a little rundown. The beds were very comfortable - lots of soft pillows. The AC unit worked well to cool the room. This place is self contained located in a single-family residence but separate from the main House. My place is good for solo adventurers, business travelers, and couples or families traveling to California. This is a small apartment (own entrance and kitchenette) with an adjoining large private bath. Only you will have access to the space. Guests can use high-speed Wi-Fi, TV with NETFLIX, hot water bath, hairdryer, private laundry room (in the bathroom), and a small eating area.
This is a guest suite (small apartment) approx 390 sq. with all living space available to you only. Totally private space for your stay. Guest suite is downstairs, collocated with a two story house (main), which is approximately 3200 sq in almost an acre lot.

Extremely clean and well maintained, this space is conveniently located a few minutes from the downtown area, Central Plaza, Fairmont Park, and walking distance from Riverside's well known Mt. Rubidoux Hike; a 1-mile trek that gives a stunning view of the entire city. There is a park across the street that kids love which also has a nice walking path. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Access to Wifi, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, and more!

The downstairs living area is a great place for guests to gather and relax. Here you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room and a 1/2 bath conveniently located in the entrance hallway. When you head upstairs you will find the two rooms which are joined by a jack and Jill style bathroom (2 separate vanity areas with one full bath in the middle). The garage is conveniently attached to the condo so no need to worry about having to leave the space if you need to run to your car. Joining the condo and garage is our beautiful patio, which features a custom wood deck, seating area and lush greenery.

The thermostat is centrally located in the main house. The unit will be maintained at 74° Fahrenheit but guests can request for it to be adjusted or use the portable heater/fan available.

This listing is pet-friendly. There is a limit of 1 pet per stay for $35 pet fee. No extra guests or pets allowed without host approval. Pets are not allowed on furniture.

Long-term stays are allowed. For stays longer for 14 days or more, guests will be supplied initial consumable items (including coffee/tea, toilet paper, and paper towels, etc). Long-term guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items, cleaning the rental unit, and discarding trash/recycling regularly.

There will be construction on parts of this property through early July 2025 on Monday through Friday during business hours, and possibly the occasional Saturday. The construction should not physically interrupt your guest spaces, but there may be some noise. We recommend street parking along the cross-street. Driveway parking may be available but not guaranteed. Please note street cleaning in the neighborhood occurs on the 1st & 3rd Wednesdays and/or 2nd & 4th Fridays of the month. We are not responsible for parking-related fines or damages.

For property security reasons, there are surveillance cameras installed outside.
