Vehicle parking for disabled & easy wheelchair access to all first floor rooms. Did I mention that the deposit is only $60!? The front desk managing staff is quick, efficient & friendly. The housekeepers smile & work quietly not slamming doors, etc. Try the Welcome Inn and see if you don’t feel welcome. I did! "

- "This was one of my favorite VRBO properties. The pool is gorgeous and perfect for all ages! Note: you have to text hosts to turn on lights/waterslide/jacuzzi but they responded immediately. The house is very clean and modern with soft sheets and large, fluffy towels. There is a full size washer and dryer and they provide detergent as well so laundry is no problem! Note: there is no dishwasher. We didn't even have time to try all of the fun games in the game room! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to California!"

No screaming, excessively loud talking, or loud music in the backyard past 10 PM.

3. NO PARTY OR EVENTS. Any unauthorized event or large gathering will result in IMMEDIATE REMOVAL from the property with NO REFUND.

4. NO SMOKING. NO DRUGS of any kind. We cater to families with kids so this is a NON SMOKING property. There will be a $500 fee charged to clean up the smell.

5. NO VISITORS. • Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. We also do not allow visitors that are not pre-disclosed to us before their visit. Any undisclosed guest will be fine an extra fee per night and will loose the security deposit. Please let us know beforehand if there will be more joining you.

6. NO parking in front of neighbors. There is plenty of parking in front of the house.

7. NO Pets - DOGS or any PETS are not allowed. FURS are extremely difficult to remove from the furniture. If there are dog/pet furs are found in the house, there will be an additional $200 charged for deep cleaning.

The pool heater must be ordered 24 hours prior to check-in, not the day of check-in.

♦ SPA JETS :The jets do not blow a lot of air, so there will not be a lot of bubbles. As the spa is connected to the pool and uses the same heating system as the pool, it cannot be heated separately.

Master bathroom shower was luxurious, but the shared bathroom shower did not get warm (fine with us but might not be for some).
