At under 200 sq ft, experience small living in our cozy space. The small studio is priced accordingly, our place is one of the lowest price to stay in LA with free stand building. It’s located near downtown Alhambra's finest grocery/shopping/dining areas (10 min walking distance) and downtown LA (15 min drive). New pillow top mattresses and soft linens await you, while the sleek new counter desk makes for the perfect place to get work done. Definitely is very small for two people staying.

The space
This independent under 200 sf. small studio with all new furniture and decorations is walking distance from downtown Alhambra. Minutes drive to major highways close to all popular Los Angeles destinations (15 minutes to Downtown, Los Angeles). Front house and all other back units are not included in this reservation. Our studio unit can comfortably accommodate 1 person with a maximum of up to 2 guests. It’s very small for two guests.

The unit structure is as follows:
1 bedroom with 1 queen bed
1 bathroom with 1 washer/1 dryer included
1 allocated parking spot labelled “C”

Parking at the property: there is one regular parking space. if you have oversized vehicles please park on street at your own cost. Street parking directly in front of the property is free to park during the day (except Wednesday day time for street sweeping), and you can buy ticket to park overnight.

1. No Smoking on property
2. Zero tolerance drug policy on illicit drugs.
3. No additional guests inside the house other than the number indicated on your original reservation. No large partying allowed.
4. Excessive noise is subject to cancellation of stay. All guest funds will be forfeited as such for the entire stay. Please be respectful of our neighborhood
5. We do understand if any accidents happen. But please let us know when/if they do. If there is any maintenance issues we reserve the right to enter the property without notice.

The backyard is communal and we do have 2 fur babies that are inside and outside dogs. We have a gate we use to keep our dog out of the way of guests utilizing the Casita.

There is outdoor seating right outside the casita on the patio. We welcome you to enjoy. The cushions are stored along your walkway in the big brown storage bin.

We ask that you are mindful of keeping the gates closed. We do not want our fur babies escaping.

We maintain a respectful place in our neighborhood. We will only give Casita guests ONE warning for noise. If it continues we will request the assistance of local law enforcement to remove you from the property and there will be no refund for your stay.
