OVERLY STAINED TOWELS/LINENS - Please refrain from using white towels to clean floors or remove makeup to avoid a replacement fee. Towels must be washed separately; if needed, do not mix with dark clothing. Fines for non-removable stains are as follows: Towels $5, Duvet cover $35, Flat sheets $20, Pillowcases $2, blankets $30, Duvet Insert $40, Pillows $25.

NO ANIMALS - Having animals in the unit at any time may result in termination of your stay without a refund, as well as a minimum sanitation fee of $150.

NO BUSINESS EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE ALLOWED - Guests are prohibited from bringing any additional equipment, furniture, or items for business use into the property without approval. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property without a refund.

NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - If guests are discovered engaging in any illegal activity, they will be subject to a fine of $250 and immediate removal from the unit without a refund.

NO UNAUTHORIZED MAIL/PACKAGES - We do not allow anyone to receive mail or packages at our unit. If this rule is broken and you mail something to the property, we will not take any liability if your parcel has been lost or stolen.

PERMISSION TO ACCESS THE PROPERTY - The guest shall allow the property owner or any designated workers access to the unit for landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs, and inspection of the property.

QUIET HOURS - To avoid disturbing the neighbors, we impose quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM every day, including holidays. Violation of this rule may result in removal from the unit without a refund, in addition to a minimum $100 fine.

Towels must be washed separately; if needed, do not mix with dark clothing. Fines for non-removable stains are as follows: Towels $5, Duvet cover $35, Flat sheets $20, Pillowcases $2, blankets $30, Duvet Insert $40, Pillows $25.

NO ANIMALS - Having animals in the unit at any time may result in termination of your stay without a refund, as well as a minimum sanitation fee of $150.

NO BUSINESS EQUIPMENT OR FURNITURE ALLOWED - Guests are prohibited from bringing any additional equipment, furniture, or items for business use into the property without approval. Violation will result in a $1,000 fine and immediate removal from the property without a refund.

NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY - If guests are discovered engaging in any illegal activity, they will be subject to a fine of $250 and immediate removal from the unit without a refund.

ABANDONED BELONGINGS - Any belongings left behind in the unit after the guest checks out will be considered abandoned. If we have your belongings after your stay, the following charges will apply:

Your private bathroom is opposite the stairs, and you can easily get to the bathroom on the left side of the room.
You can use the kitchen for light cooking, please do not use the kitchen to cook Chinese food, as it may trigger a smoke alarm.
Slippers are provided at the entrance of the door, please wear slippers when walking around the house.

BATHROOMS: Full bathroom and fully supplied with essential toiletries like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer and more.

KITCHEN: A spacious kitchen area that features a wide marble countertop, electric stoves, oven, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, knives and other cooking and dining essentials.

LIVING ROOM: Our roomy living area provides great entertainment with its 55-inch smart television that has access to Netflix, Amazon Prime and many other streaming services.

PARKING AREA: There is a free designated parking space within the complex for the guests. For more parking space needed please reach out to host. Please note that street parking is available during the daytime but overnight parking requires a permit. Please visit the City of Alhambra's website for more info on overnight/temporary parking.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance to Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and the likes for this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Any trace/smell of cigarette or cannabis will be fined as much as $500.

CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time) up until 12:00 midnight via smartlock (The code will be sent 1 day prior to your arrival)

CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 AM (Due to the time needed to carry out our extensive cleaning protocols, we cannot cater a late check-out request) *unauthorized late check out will be charged $1 per minute after 11 am*
