During my two-month stay, the temperatures were in the high 30s and low 40s at night. There was only one HVAC unit in the apartment and it was in the bedroom. This is an older building so you can kind of hear between walls but it didn't bother me. I was able to make it homey for me. Its a large one bedroom apartment. Neighbors are polite.
