During my two-month stay, the temperatures were in the high 30s and low 40s at night. There was only one HVAC unit in the apartment and it was in the bedroom. - "The rental was in a nice historic neighborhood convenient to a number of stores. It was quiet except for the parrots at dawn & dusk, & very nice for walking. The unit was very clean & we had no trouble turning on the heat (although the remote for the living room heater turned on the TV every time we changed the temperature). The beds were very comfortable. There was no closet in the second bedroom but there was a hanging rack & shelf which did the trick. The bathroom tended to be a little chilly since there was no heater in it but the shower heated up quickly & worked very well. There was a laundry area adjacent to the bathroom. There were bath towels & washcloths but no hand towels. We purchased a couple at Target & left them there. The kitchen was sparsely furnished. We knew there would be no dishwasher, but there were no dish towels or even a drying rack. There were very few dishes but enough for the two of us. The fridge, stove & microwave all worked well. The driveway & garage are definitely very narrow, especially turning the corner. We were fortunate to have a small car. There was plenty of on-street parking but you need a permit to park overnight. If you have a large car, it would make things a lot easier to get a permit. If you are not looking for luxury, the rental is a good value, clean, comfortable, & nicely located. I would definitely stay there again."

- "Spent a week here while visiting family in Pasadena. Property is very clean with basic furnishings. Dedicated parking space a plus. While we did not use the kitchen except for making coffee in the morning, it could potentially use some additional things for those who do plan to eat or cook there, even as simple as salt and pepper. Illegal substances:
The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.
Please note:
The guests undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. By requesting and/or making a reservation, all guests are agreed to follow the house and the building rules by the management. Failure to follow the rules will result in expulsion from the property and also, the remaining rental will not be refunded and the security deposit will be forfeited.
There is a $100 for lost car card/tag/remote control and $50 per lost key.
Lost and damaged items will be deducted from your Security Deposit.
Any issues with the house/apartment with regards to appliances, electrical, pool, or anything related to the maintenance of the house will be fixed within 24 hours. There will not be any compensation given to the client in this matter since we will fix any issues related to the property. If it is beyond repair and the house or apartment is in an uninhabitable condition, alternate accommodations will be arranged. This will be done only after 48 hours of complaint.

Damage:
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. We understand things happen but we do require that all guests inform us if anything is damaged during their stay.
Security Deposit :
A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Illegal substances:
The use or involvement of illegal substances is highly prohibited and will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement participation.
Please note:
The guests undertakes to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. By requesting and/or making a reservation, all guests are agreed to follow the house and the building rules by the management. Failure to follow the rules will result in expulsion from the property and also, the remaining rental will not be refunded and the security deposit will be forfeited.
There is a $100 for lost car card/tag/remote control and $50 per lost key.
Lost and damaged items will be deducted from your Security Deposit.
Any issues with the house/apartment with regards to appliances, electrical, pool, or anything related to the maintenance of the house will be fixed within 24 hours. There will not be any compensation given to the client in this matter since we will fix any issues related to the property. If it is beyond repair and the house or apartment is in an uninhabitable condition, alternate accommodations will be arranged. This will be done only after 48 hours of complaint.

The Deodora has made it through the Eaton Fire and is available for up to six month rentals, though please note that there will be intermittent external repairs taking place during your stay , such as fencing installation/repair, Exterior siding or roofing patchwork as well as landscaping repairs.
DESCRIPTION:
Homey and inviting, this remodeled 1-bedroom home will impress you with its functionality and emplacement. Located less than a mile to Old Town Pasadena, the Rose Bowl, many local boutiques and restaurants, and also near some beautiful hiking trails, you will find plenty of activities practically at your doorstep! The freeway, easily accessible, will get you to Downtown Los Angeles in only fifteen minutes.

The bright and airy living area is furnished with a plush sofa/futon, sofa chair, ceiling fan, bookshelf filled with titles, and a Smart TV. It also features a dining table that seats up to four people.

The kitchen is completely equipped with a full stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a practical butcher block countertop. All kitchenware is provided, making cooking at home a delightful experience.
