- "We absolutely loved AC Hotel Pasadena! We checked in not knowing it was their first day open. Everything is very aesthetically pleasing; the color scheme, style, furniture, atmosphere. Front desk staff was very helpful. We encountered an issue with our AC not working; the engineer came to fix it but we ended up having to move to a different room. The engineer, Gregg was super helpful and was able to secure a new room for us, personally brought us the new room keys and offered to help us move. He also brought a thoughtful gift bag from the manager! We were very pleasantly surprised that it was a corner suite on the 5th floor with a living room area, huge bathroom AND a huge balcony. The suite had floor to ceiling windows all along the east wall with two seating areas on the balcony. We ate breakfast out on the balcony for the remaining mornings of our stay. The staff at the front desk who dealt with our calls about the AC not working, Gregg the engineer, valet staff, etc., definitely helped make our stay a positive one. We’re already talking about staying here again! "

The staffs at front desk were really helpful." - "I was surpised that the room we got came with a kitchen, weve stayed at a few hotels throughout the year but we never got a kitchen, it may seems like a small amenities to other but we really enjoyed that. We also loved the look of the lobby and the complementary breakfast 😋 . The firepits and laundromat were quite nice too. We will definitely be coming back." - "Very comfortable beds, quiet environment despite being completely booked out. Breakfast was good, staff were great. Hot tub was roomy, pool was clean. Lots of food and shopping options within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. "
