Welcome to our new 280 sq ft guesthouse, thoughtfully designed for an extended stay, perfect for one person. The exterior boasts a warm Spanish vibe, complemented by a dedicated outdoor area and a charming garden to unwind in. Inside, the space is bright and a true testament to design, with details and character throughout.

The space
The kitchen is equipped with all you need: a mini refrigerator, a two-burner gas stove with an exhaust fan, garbage disposal, and a reverse osmosis water filter. Anthropologie dishware and knives by Henckles. The countertops are white quartz and there is an array of small appliances - coffee maker (Nespresso, drip and french press), grinder, blender and toaster. We provide initial coffee and filters, ensuring you have a seamless start to your mornings.

As you step into the bathroom, you'll be greeted by black Kohler fixtures, and a bidet toilet that offers convenient wash, dry, and seat warming functions. The shower is a treat with its skylight, and you'll find both a hand shower and a fixed shower head for added convenience.

To ensure a restful slumber, we've invested in a new full/double-sized Leesa Original Hybrid Mattress. This mattress features a responsive top foam layer that contours to your body, offering comfortable alignment and a deeper sleep experience.

Stay connected with the fast 45 Mbps WiFi speed, and indulge in your favorite shows and movies on the LG 4k OLED Smart TV, which allows easy access to your preferred streaming services.

Organizing your belongings is a breeze with the ample custom closet, designed to accommodate folded and hung items, and we provide a robe for your comfort. The closet also houses a compact washer/dryer combination unit for added convenience.

Comfort is key, and that's why we've installed numerous windows for abundant natural light and ventilation. (Note there are no blackout curtains and the skylights do not have blinds.) To ensure ideal temperatures year-round, a large ceiling fan with wall-mounted speed adjustments and a remote-controlled HVAC system for heating and AC are at your disposal.

Lastly, make use of the overhead loft space for storing luggage or boxes, and for easy access, we provide a step ladder.

1. Purchase Permit Online via City of Pasadena website (search Temporary Overnight Parking Exemption): Permits can be bought in advance and can be purchased for up to 30 days. The cost is $3 per vehicle per night with a $3.50 service charge.

3. You can also buy overnight parking passes in Pasadena using the Passport Parking app.

        Pasadena has public buses and metro to bring you to destinations throughout the city and to connect you to locations throughout the greater Los Angeles/ SoCal area.

Please note that we have a medium sized dog who will be utilizing the shared backyard space where the guesthouse is. She is a Labrador retriever mix rescue dog. She is very friendly and energetic, non-aggressive, but may bark.

We make sure to disinfect all surfaces between stays. We also use white linens so that we can wash and dry them at hot temperatures for extra assurance.

Our guesthouse is rustic and cozy. It's a detached house situated in our backyard, with a patio, fire pit, and grassy yard. Our neighborhood is called The Historic Highlands. It's exceptionally safe, and there are sidewalks all around for walking. Parking is off street in our driveway. At night, if you’re lucky, you may also be serenaded by our local “coyote chorus” who live in the nearby golf course!

Our private, 650 square foot bungalow has its own entrance with free parking, so you can easily come and go as you please. It features a single bedroom with California King bed, a living room with a full-size pullout sofa. There's an additional twin bed in the back area, so we can easily host 4 people! The space also features a cozy, modern kitchen, plus a washing machine so you can do laundry if needed.

The space
We would be excited to host you in our private and spacious bungalow. With over 650 square feet, you'll have plenty of room to stretch your legs. It's located at the back of our property with it's own alley entrance and parking so you'll have plenty of privacy during your stay.

There is WiFi throughout and works equally well inside and out. Need entertainment? Use the 50" smart TV to sign into your favorite streaming service. You can also switch to the digital antenna to watch over the air stations, or use the DVD player to watch a movie — we have lots of movies to lend...just ask.

The kitchen features a two burner stove, convection oven, coffee maker, mini-fridge, and all the pots, pans, and utensils you would need to cook full meals. If you need to do any laundry feel free to use the washer and dryer — we provide laundry detergent pods too.

You'll have access to the entire 650 square foot space all to yourself. Generally, check in is anytime after 3pm and checkout is 11am. Please check with us if you need adjustments, we may have flexibility.

You're welcome to use our backyard, however if you choose to use it you'll be sharing that space with our two dogs. Please, no smoking inside the guesthouse.

The free parking can accommodate a full-sized car or truck. We've squeezed two small cars. If you have more than one car, Pasadena offers overnight parking permits — they can be had, self service, at the fire station nearby.

The space
Enjoy a long day and return to a beautifully remodeled studio guesthouse, youll never want to leave. Every inch feels luxurious and no detail has been left out, we take pride in keeping it well kept and clean. Have an entire space to yourself. Private and very convenient for a couple. The place has everything you need, if you have any requests please let us know.

This guest house is an attached private dwelling to the back house.
Its located in the back of the property with its own entrance, providing visitors with privacy.

Policy:

- No EXTRA adult/s, infants or children as overnight visitors. Only persons (including infants) whose names are listed as registered guests in the registered booking are permitted on the property.
No exceptions.
* No events or parties allowed
- No personal or business use of the residential address allowed
- No illegal activity or inappropriate anti-social behaviour.
-No mail or packages allowed to be sent to booked address or any use of it.
- No commercial operations/photo shoots/commercial filming or adult filming on site.
-No smoking or vaping allowed on premises.
The police, other authorities, including Airbnb, will be contacted for your removal.

Guest access
Guest access:

Access to only the shared driveway and the said studio guesthouse itself. No other access to the other homes or yards on the same lot.

Entrance is through the front of the property, through the main driveway gate, or enter through the front wooden gate door. Street parking is also available.

Drive past the main house, down the drive way straight ahead where you will see the studio. Parking is right in front of the wood fence.

Here is the information if you want to park your cars overnight. You’ll have to pay $3 dollar per night per car for the parking permit (TOPEO).

***Laundry services are available for a fee. ***
Guests can access laundry facilities for a one-time charge of $50 or pay $25 per day for the duration of their stay, whichever amount is greater.


There are three different options for purchase:

Permits can be bought in advance and can be purchased for up to 30 days. The cost is $3 per vehicle per night with a $3.50 service charge.

2. Through our Mobile Payment Application, “Passport.” The Passport Parking app is free to download through the App Store and Googl Play. Use Zone Code 6295 for overnight parking.
