The unit also has its own private washer and dryer, which was super convenient because I had some laundry I had to do after my work trip in Vegas. The unit also has a sun roof which makes it very bright in the morning. One thing to note is that overnight street parking is not available, but the host offers up her driveway which can fit 2 vehicles. I will definitely stay again. :)"

There’s much to explore in this quaint, hidden gem of a neighborhood. Our cozy apartment is just steps away from downtown and SO many activities. Spend a weekend exploring Sierra Madre’s restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, parks and scenic hikes. Eat breakfast at a 100-year old diner in the mountains, then later, try wine tasting and bar hopping downtown. Spend your evening seeing a play at the Playhouse or venture out to Sierra Madre Villa Station and take the Gold line through Los Angeles.

-Our place is located on the second floor of an apartment building on a residential street, steps from downtown Sierra Madre.
-Our private stairway leads to the apartment’s private patio, which includes a seating area and barbecue.
-Our living room and dining area are cozy and spacious. The living room has plenty of seating room, large windows and a TV. The dining area seats at least 6 people.
-The kitchen is equipped with a fully sized fridge and oven,
-Each bedroom has it’s own attached, full bathroom, closet and TV. One of our bedrooms has a work space.

Our space is a three bedroom, two bathroom professionally designed and decorated apartment/condo in a mixed-use building on the lower level. It has gorgeous high ceilings in a modern loft style and is perfectly appointed with modern contemporary furnishings. Our space is located within one block of Sierra Madre's quaint town square restaurants and shops, and a short walk from hiking trails and parks.
This is a great place for travelers who want a bit more space and comfort than the generic hotel chains; executives coming to town for extended business stays (like a visiting professor or attorney for trial); relatives visiting family from out of town who need a place nearby their loved ones; patients or families coming to City of Hope for treatment; and even locals who need a place near home stay during a home repair or renovation.
Our space is set to a 3-day minimum rental to help dissuade weekend-party-pad inquires. If you're just looking for a business stay, a quiet romantic weekend, or similar, we'll consider waiving this minimum. Also, to allow for thorough cleaning, VBRO automatically blocks out 2 days before and 2 days after each rental. We're sometimes able to expedite cleaning, so if your exact desired dates aren't available, we may be able to adjust things. Just send us a message!

It’s close to so many things and very walkable. I liked the Roku tv too. The only reason I’m doing 4 instead of 5 is that there was like a smell of something like furniture or paint or something so I burned some candles and it helped. The drying rack was also rusted so I often just used a towel to dry it. It’s not big deals but it did make it all together a 4 star experience. The WiFi mostly worked but a few times it wouldn’t stay connected. Still worth checking out because it was very clean, safe, and nice overall."

- "First of all - condo wasn’t ready at check in time. We spent about 45min to an hour sitting on the front steps and in our car until cleaning person let us in. We tried speaking with her, but she was non-English speaking and the phone interpreter was to difficult to understand. After we were let in, we noticed there were only 2 beds to sleep 5 people (unit was advertised to sleep 5 people). There was not a sofa bed, futon, or anything except the couch and love seat in the living area. My husband and I ended up sleeping on the couches and let our adult children sleep in the bedrooms. There was no extra bedding, so we ended up purchasing sheets, blankets, and extra towels from Target for our stay. We found a closet near the kitchen that was a mess! (I have pictures) There may have been some extra linens in there, but we couldn’t tell what was clean or dirty! The next issue was the cleanliness of the kitchen, especially the refrigerator! Crumbs, sticky spots and grime on the bins and shelves. I spent almost an hour cleaning the refrigerator until I felt it was safe to use! Otherwise the other rooms appeared clean."

It's a spacious, beautifully decorated, and quiet unit located in a very convenient and safe location in Pasadena. It's only 10 minutes from downtown Pasadena via car and is located right next to the Pasadena Library (just across the street)
- "Just want we needed, the listening matched the property. Property manager was very communicative. We only have two minor complaints. One was that the jacuzzi tub that was listed couldn’t be used because the drain wouldn’t plug. The second was that there was construction near the building, so sleeping in was not possible on this vacation. It would’ve been nice to be informed beforehand."

There’s much to explore in this quaint, hidden gem of a neighborhood. Our cozy apartment is just steps away from downtown and SO many activities. Spend a weekend exploring Sierra Madre’s restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, parks and scenic hikes. Eat breakfast at a 100-year old diner in the mountains, then later, try wine tasting and bar hopping downtown. Spend your evening seeing a play at the Playhouse or venture out to Sierra Madre Villa Station and take the Gold line through Los Angeles.

Our place is located on the second floor of an apartment building on a residential street, steps from downtown Sierra Madre.
Our private stairway leads to the apartment’s private patio, which includes a seating area and barbecue.
Our living room and dining area are cozy and spacious. The living room has plenty of seating room, large windows and a TV. The dining area seats at least 6 people.

Each bedroom has it’s own attached, full bathroom, closet and TV. One of our bedrooms has a work space.

The space
We're now welcoming fully-vaccinated guests who can receive the COVID-19 vaccine (of course kiddos under 12 can't yet). Please be able to provide an image of your record; there's an easy way to pull it up online if you got vaccinated in California and other states probably have a similar app!
Our space is a three bedroom, two bathroom professionally designed and decorated apartment/condo in a mixed-use building on the lower level. It has gorgeous high ceilings in a modern loft style and is perfectly appointed with modern contemporary furnishings. Our space is located within one block of Sierra Madre's quaint town square restaurants and shops, and a short walk from hiking trails and parks.
This is a great place for travelers who want a bit more space and comfort than the generic hotel chains; executives coming to town for extended business stays (like a visiting professor or attorney for trial); relatives visiting family from out of town who need a place nearby their loved ones; patients or families coming to City of Hope for treatment; and even locals who need a place near home stay during a home repair or renovation.
Our space is not a great fit for guests looking for a fun weekend getaway with friends. We're not a good party location. Sierra Madre is a very sleepy, quiet neighborhood not conducive to nightlife and parties.
Our space is set to a 3-day minimum rental to help dissuade weekend-party-pad inquires. If you're just looking for a business stay, a quiet romantic weekend, or similar, we'll consider waiving this minimum. Also, to allow for thorough cleaning, AirBnB automatically blocks out 2 days before and 2 days after each rental. We're sometimes able to expedite cleaning, so if your exact desired dates aren't available, we may be able to adjust things. Just send us a message!
