The pics do make it look bigger than it actually is. It has all the necessities. The morning were cool so we could sit out on the balcony and enjoy our morning tea! Highly recommend. - "I stayed in Hugo's compartment for a week and it was so far the best experience I had in Monrovia, in the heart of the old city where all restaurants and groceries are around, hiking trails are like 25 minutes walking or 4 minutes drive if you'd rather do it this way, the unit was so cozy and has everything you might dream of, the kitchen has all needed essentials for a delicious meal, the TV was a big plus with all ready-to-use apos. The printer was a great help when I needed to print out few papers for my doctor visit. (Who would leave a printer and all needed stationary for guest use :D Only concern was the street noise at early morning and neighbors slamming the building entrance door constantly but that wasn't an issue for me as I was waking up for hiking at 5am already. I'd never go anywhere else when in Monrovia again and would deal with Hugo after my great experience with him with his fast response to any inquiries we had. Forgot to mention that the place has laundry room and fitness center in place which was a huge plus, having detergent in place for use would be a nice touch but we got it from the grocery anyway. Thanks Hugo for marking our experience as an exceptional and happy visit to that beautiful city.:)"

So cute and perfect for a family of 4, came out to LA for my son’s 10th birthday. There is a garage for parking and it is shared with 1 other renter but it was never an issue. The place is so cute, has outdoor seating, quiet neighborhood and down the road from all sorts of food,gas and stores! It was 30 mins from Universal studios and beats staying in the surrounding areas as there was none of that Crazy LA traffic. We will definitely be staying here when we come back to LA."

The guest room/suite B is a 1 bed 1 bath, private entrance, equipped with all the essentials. It is a perfect stop for the lone travelers, couples or the business professionals. Next to my place are the stores like Walmart, Smart n Final, Trader Joe's, etc. and many restaurants on the historical route 66, and for motorcycle clubs that use it. The nearby fwy 210, 605 and Metro Gold Line that will take you to anywhere in Southern CA. Please stay for a good night here.

It comes with one queen bed and spacious bathroom. Its own patio is surrounded by green plants and trees. Be aware that Suite B has a shared wall with Suite A, you might hear sound if Suite A is occupied at the same time.

Please turn off TVs, air conditioning, heater, Gas, when not in the unit. Smoking is not allowed in rooms. If any evidence of smoking any substance is found inside the unit, you will be charged a minimum of $250 for additional cleaning fees incurred. If you must smoke, do so outside but PLEASE don’t throw cigarette butts on the ground, quiet hours be 10 pm-8 am no amplified instruments or equipment can be used within this time. Noise complaints are subject to having the reservation canceled with no refund. please respect the property and leave things as they were found and please clean up after yourself. Check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. For late arrivals (after 11 p.m.) please arrange with us prior. For late departures (after 11 a.m.) please arrange with us prior to your check-out date. We are flexible depending on guests that are coming in the next day. Early check-in is available, as long as there was no one staying at The unit the night before your arrival and you arrange with us at least 24 hours prior so we can have The unit ready for you.
