In the studio: Queen size bed (with allergy cover protector on mattress and pillows, memory foam mattress toper) study desk, mini kitchen (stovetop, microwave and small appliances). Tv, closet, private bath.

Other things to note
There is a beautiful unheated pool and unheated spa that guest can enjoy, with beautiful lighting at night. Pool maybe shared with other guest and people that reside in the main home. There is no fence or pool cover. The guest are responsible to Supervise their children at all times to prevent any accidents in or around the pool. The host will not be liable for any accidents due to guest negligence. There is some construction being done to the main house during the day.

- "The stay was fantastic. The home is wonderful, and has plenty of rooms and space for everyone to have their own place but still feel like they’re all together. The pool and hot tub were wonderful to have and the kids really enjoyed spending a lot of time using them, even when it was rainy. Which was the best part because the rain would have put a bit of a damper on our vacation had we not had access to a pool and hot tub. The mini golf (putting course) on the side of the house was really fun to use. The owners provided us with some putters and golf balls to use as well. The owners were wonderful to work with and helped guide us on using and heating the hot tub and pool, as well as answering our questions and keeping in communication. There is some language barrier in terms of communication which may cause questions at first. But having met them and spoken with them directly I assure you they want to make your stay as good as possible."

The house is bright and spacious, suitable for families and business people on vacation, with convenient transportation, private garden, and heated swimming pool. It is within half an hour from Disneyland, movie theaters and the airport.

- "Nice, large gathering areas and especially a well appointed backyard which felt very private" - "Home was as listed., host however was not great. We used the house as a getting ready location for my nieces XV, rented it for 2 nights (Friday and Saturday night). I got a message from the host asking if we were going to be checking in on Friday afternoon, not sure why because everything was paid for and it should not matter what time we decide to arrive. We arrived late on Friday, around 8:30PM due to being at the venue for rehearsals. On Saturday, we had the makeup/hair artist and the photographer arrive in the morning. They parked on the street and we were getting messages from the host that street parking was not allowed and that the neighbors were going to complain. I felt like we were being checked on and watched all the time since this was the second time he reached out during our stay in a passive aggressive tone. We left to the quinceañera venue around 12:30PM and did not come back until around midnight. We ended up leaving before 11AM checkout on Sunday. Really did not use the house much. Just needed somewhere where we could stay that was close to the venue and where the makeup artist could come get the quinceañera ready. I have rented plenty of homes and this was the first time I dealt with a host like this. House was nice, if you don’t mind someone questioning you and reaching out during your stay then I would recommend, otherwise stay clear."
