Brand new, ADU, attached dwelling unit, completed 7/2023. Located on the second floor overlooking our hillside with trees, hence "the treehouse", you will find all the conveniences needed for a worry free stay. Hiking trails, green belt trail, shopping including TraderJoe's within minutes.

The amenities included are: stove, microwave, dishwasher, farmhouse sink, garbage disposal, and washer/dryer all located within the unit. There is a built in shelving unit as well as small desk area. Full size bathroom with light up mirror, tub and shower. Nice size bedroom with queen bed and wall to wall closet with built in drawers and sliding barn doors. Televisions and ceiling fans in both the living area and bedroom as well as split air conditioning in both rooms. You will find the nearly 500 square feet well appointed with new sectional and small coffee bar. Our hope is for you to relax and enjoy your stay in our "labor of love". Hiking trails and green belt within minutes.
