The bedroom has a dedicated work space and a full murphy bed with a super comfortable memory foam mattress. Plus, the bathroom is private!

The living room/kitchen will be shared but are completely available for your use. I love getting to know new people and hearing about where they're from. I welcome friendly conversation, good company, and a sense of community.

The space
The bedroom measures 12.5 x 10.5 feet and has a large closet for storage. The window faces east and has a view over a rooftop and onto the street. The curtains are blackout curtains if you need to sleep late. For the summer months, we have an AC unit which can be inserted into the window.

The common area is equipped with a full kitchen. All appliances and cooking implements are available for your use. Fridge, freezer, and pantry space will be shared. I have a small dining table, a fish tank, and a living room area complete with a TV that streams Hulu, Prime Video, and HBO Max. This is a shoe-less household. Outside, I have a small seating area set up in case you are a smoker or simply like to enjoy the outdoors. I also have a propane grill.

I'll provide you with a parking pass so you can park anywhere on the street within our permit zone. On Mondays and Tuesdays we have street cleaning 9am-11am on one side of the street and that is the only additional restriction to be aware of.

I work freelance in the film industry so my schedule changes from day to day. But I will always be available to answer any questions or concerns by phone if not in person.

A little about me: I work in the film industry and live a freelance lifestyle. It's not easy to predict whether I will be home all day or gone for several days. However, I am a quiet and respectful person to live with. I like to cook so will likely offer you an occasional meal but will also understand if you'd rather keep to yourself.

There is designated cabinet space should you wish you shop and have things in the kitchen/fridge. Make yourself at home.

Please no parties, arguments, loud talking, smoking as I also want to respect my neighbors and keep the community happy. Keep in mind that walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors talking or moving around especially at night. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are available. If you are sensitive to noise, I suggest booking another Airbnb. Due to Covid-19 lockdown, parking is a bit harder to come by. I suggest to give yourself 15-30 minutes for parking. This is an older unit with a simple, country ambiance.
