Some things to note: this home is two floors so guests must be able to walk up a flight of stairs. This home is located on a Main Street so noise from the street can be heard primarily during traffic hours. Light sleepers should take this into consideration, most guests are fine. The home has 1.5 bathrooms, the full bathroom features a walk-in shower only, there is no tub. The garage can comfortably fit a medium sized car, larger cars will be a tight fit. Street parking with a permit can be provided in these cases.
