The new room was simple and beautiful. The views were to die for! We did have someone in a wheelchair so the carpeting was a bit tough but overall our stay was pleasant. For guests, there is nothing worse than having a host cancel at the last minute for any number of reasons and being left to find a new place in a panic and rush. We take pride in never having canceled a confirmed guest reservation. However, over the past 2 years on a few occasions, there have been circumstances beyond our control, such as plumbing leaks or excessive damage caused by previous guests that require a few days to fix. As a consequence, if a guest books any of our properties, we reserve the right to upgrade them to a superior and more expensive apartment in the same neighborhood to ensure they have a smooth and happy stay.

House rules have to be observed by the guests, non compliance will imply a penalty fee since we want you to enjoy your stay while respecting the community and neighbors.

This is a quiet community, please observe quiet hours at night 11PM to 08:00 AM.

Parties, pets and smoking are not allowed (fee of $350).

We don`t do self-check in.
Check in time is from 3PM to 1AM (next day) but there would be a late check in fee that would apply as follow:
- $30 after 9PM.
- 50$ after 11PM.
- 100$ after midnight to 1AM.
-Additional $19 per guest after the 2nd guest

Check out:
Official check out time is at 11AM the latest.
Late check out without agreement will result on 150$ penalty fee.

Lost Key fee:
If you lock yourselves out, there is a fee of $150.
If you lose the keys there is a fee of $350.

The unit is big, beautiful, and clean. It was nice to have a full kitchen so we could eat in sometimes. The pool was great and beds were comfortable.
