Please note: This studio DO NOT a kitchen but inside the unit we have small fridge, microwave, tea pot and coffee machine, silverware and plates. Our backyard is equipped with outdoor kitchen & BBQ that is shared with main house.

Close proximity to Venice Beach, Marina Del Ray, LAX international airport, all the famous beaches, restaurants and markets.

Some highlights include: hardwood floors, a comfortable QUEEN bed, a lovely PATIO, heater and A/C, and FREE parking.

Parking:
You will be able to park on the driveway, please note our driveway is big and can accommodate 2 cars, but second parking spot is designated for the main house. If you need additional parking spot please ask us for parking permit. We might be able to accommodate second car.

Pet policy:
We allow pets on a case by case basis and reserve the right to refuse. We charge an additional $150 per pet per stay if allowed which goes towards deep cleaning to accommodate future guests who may have allergies. This charge is mandatory no matter what type of animal it is. Please know you must inform us of any pets prior to booking. Please note that airbnb charge flat pet fee for only one pet ($150), if you are bringing multiple pets it will be extra charge of $100 per each pet after first one. We are happy to accommodate more than one pet, but there will be extra charge.

Sleeping arrangements:

We can host up to 4 people, please NOTE that we have an ADDITIONAL charge for each guest after 2. We DO NOT allow any unregistered guests to be in the unit at anytime! If HOUSE RULES are not followed we reserve the right to terminate your reservation without any refund. This is for our safety and safety of our neighbors.

Easy drive to tourist spots and beaches. Quiet area. Good for short or long stays. " - "Kitchen sink drain covered in a black slimy film like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Mold on lower portion of shower curtain like it hadn't been washed in a month. Floor was grimy and our socks got dirty so we couldn't go barefoot. Brown handprints on both sides of bathroom door and bathroom mirror was obviously not cleaned because it had smudge marks. Dust all over the bottom part of the bar stools made us realize they probably hadn't mopped in a month. We found 4 opened 3/4 full water bottles which made us think the place wasn't really cleaned at all. At night, lights from the microwave and four other electronics lit up the whole studio so it was very difficult to sleep and there were no darkening shades so it made it even more difficult to sleep. Another thing that was very irritating was that the bed sheets and comforter had a very strong perfume smell that was probably strong scented laundry soap..people have allergies duh. They probably cleaned the toilet since there were two old toilet brushes behind the toilet. Cleaning supplies were under kitchen sink.. be careful if you have a toddler. TV stand drawers were full of their junk. I complained, they said they were with the cleaning lady when she cleaned... then offered to come clean it the next day. We declined since the tiny space should have already been sparkling clean... no excuse. We were only there for 2 days..didn't want anyone around our stuff. We would have had a much better experience in a hotel."
