The fully furnished guest apartment has 750 sq. feet (69.68 sq. m) with private entry, very quiet and safe, just 8 short minutes to the ocean, nestled in an upscale, safe community. The rental consists of 1 bedroom which sleeps 2 people in a queen size bed, an extra storage area and spacious closets. The 1 bathroom has a jacuzzi tub with marble walls and floor. The living room is spacious with a black Italian leather couch and seat, a dining area, a 55 inch Smart TV and DVD player and free high speed Wi-Fi. The travertine floors are throughout the living room and the fully equipped kitchen and small breakfast area for two.
No need for a car to enjoy the local beach life and activities. Visitors from all over the world come to spend their vacation on our wide, beautiful sandy beach with fantastic sunsets. We are within walking distance to Hermosa, Redondo and Manhattan Beach piers.
There are lots of summer activities and concerts. You can enjoy the beach, swim, boogey board, use our tennis and basketball courts and practically walk to everything. You can make your own relaxing or active vacation.
A bike and car rentals are just around the corner for visiting other famous attractions.

We are able to book into the future but have the option not to take a booking if outside of 10 days from the current guest's departure. If we were able to book under thirty days we would not have to do this but because of the current city rule we are unable to book any other way, thank you for your understanding as we are a small family owned business.

We’re about 2 blocks from the beach and less than a half a mile from the pier. It`s a quiet, upscale beach neighborhood with lots of families and retired people. There are many multi-million dollar homes. The area is known to be home of many LA Kings players. Walking distance to tons of GREAT restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores. North End Bar & Grill is a local favorite with incredible prices and food. Hermosa beach is known for Volleyball and the tournaments. Hangout at the famous Hermosa beach pier with great night life. Lot’s of good music.

Walk Score rates the neighborhood `Very Walkable and Very Bikeable`, and if you wanted you wouldn`t need to drive anywhere.
-Several Beach Rental shops are less than a mile away for bikes and boards you can rent (Jeffers, Next Adventure)

No smoking on the property.

- "Loved the convenience of the apartment location, short walk to the beach, the small-town feel of the neighborhood. Never had difficulty finding a parking space. The owner was extremely helpful, and the little apartment was very clean. I enjoyed having breakfast on the patio at Martha's, overlooking the ocean. (The palm tree on the gate always made me smile!)" - "A nice stay in this studio at a great rate!" - "10 night stay. First night the door code did not work and they were unavailable/not answering so had to rent a dog friendly room at 9:30 at night for a sizeable fee. After about a week a stranger came into our room while we were sleeping because they were using the SAME CODE for both apartments. That poor gentleman almost got shot because of their error! It took almost 5 hours the next day for them to fix the lock. Only one night refunded for the "slight inconvenience" (quote from the owner). "

The Vista Casita is a two bedroom, one bath second story home which sleeps four to five. For sleeping, there are king and queen beds and a queen sofa bed in the living room. If you require additional room please see our other rental property below (click on 'All My Rental Listings').

It is a two-minute walk to a couple of delightful restaurants open morning to night as well as a convenience store. Also it is just an eight-minute walk to the pier and plaza with a huge variety of restaurants and shopping.

The Vista Casita is designed with a style that would make Tommy Bahama himself proud. You will be more relaxed in this setting than you could possibly imagine. The living room and master bedroom have large picture windows that present marvelous unobstructed beach and ocean views. A bricked patio which includes dining table, double chaise lounge, bar and barbecue is available for lounging in this idyllic setting and watching the world go by. Place was just " wiped down" Cleaning lady took all the towels except 2. There was 4 people. Had to sweep the floors. Cobb webs In multiple places. In the VBRO site it stated a comfortable couch sleeper that will sleep 2. What was in the condo was a broken futon with a dirty slip cover. When set for sleeping there is a bar down the middle of it and was very uncomfortable. There was one trash bag for garbage, which was in the trash can. No hand soap. No dish soap. Black marks on the wall. No toiletries, sheets and blankets not clean. TV Remote control batteries corroded in remote. Changed batteries and fixed. Street Parking pass expired. In the site it stated " everything you will need for a comfortable stay". Ended up getting a queen size mattress, no way anyone could sleep comfortably on the futon. Got ahold of property manager and shared our concerns. Said she would have the towels returned clean. Contacted VBRO customer service, case # 32582727. sent pictures of issues, placed on hold 3 times and then was hung up on. Last conversation VBRO said they need to contact the owner, which was 4 days ago. We left the place cleaner than we found it. In a lighter note location is very close to the beach."

My wife & I and our 2 teenage boys enjoyed our time at this well appointed condo on the beach! The location is less than a 5 minute walk to the Hermosa Pier. For that matter, virtually everthing you need is within walking distance; restaurants, shopping (clothes, gifts & groceries), along with various other recreational activities - other than The Beach! Everything we needed was supplied - all we did was make a couple of trips to the market which was just a short 5 minute drive. We bbq on the patio (much to the delight of the other folks on vacation walking The Strand and comments such as 'yum, smells good - any extra?' I strongly recommend this rental for any family, couple, etc wishing to partake of the 'SoCal Beach Experience' - we really did not want to leave - but we'll be back!
