The guest house is located at the rear of the property. Your access onto the property is via California Court, (alley) which runs between California Ave. and Milwood Ave. The entrance is secured with safe and easy to use electronic locks. For security, each guest has their own specific access code.
Guests have a landscaped patio area right outside the guest house entrance where you can relax in privacy.

There's sometimes a large overly friendly Newfoundland dog named George lounging around the property. He’s usually napping and sometimes looking for anyone to pet him. He’s super friendly and completely passive.
