I loved that the apartment was fully furnished so we were able to feel at home. We have already decided when we come back to LA we will be booking again! - "The house was clean and comfortable. It's conveniently located right off the 101, and we thought highway noise might be a problem, but it wasn't. The parking spots are narrow but we managed just fine. Marx is very accommodating and the one night all the spots were taken, there was a permit for us to use to park on the street. He even offered parking service but we were happy to do it ourselves. The room was small but not too cramped. The bathroom was modern and clean. If you like softer beds you'll love the memory foam bed. Everything worked well. The fridge was stocked, which was great (just bring your own liquid cream and regular sugar if you like that with your coffee). The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The neighborhood wasn't fancy but wasn't unsafe. We would definitely stay here again. It had what we needed and was in a location that worked well for us."

- "Upon arrival at this building the place looked dirty and unpleasant to me. When entering the room according to my stay the garage door would be available, but for some mysterious reason it was not. The middle bedroom bed frame was broken, that it could not be used to sleep. I reported the issue but was never addressed. Due to this issue some of my family members ended up sleeping on the couch and floor. The corridors inside the building smelled bad and the elevator sounded like it was falling apart. I personally would not be coming back here and bring my family again just so they can complain and laugh at me for wasting my money. "

I wasn't expecting a full suite when I booked, but it looks like all rooms come with a separate bedroom and living room area and a mini kitchen (full kitchen in some rooms). The photos don't do this hotel justice, and I was pleasantly surprised after checking in. The owner Candace was super accommodating and you can tell she really cares about her guests. She really went out of her way to make more convenient arrangements for myself and some other guests. She was at the hotel day and night working and taking care of anything that needed to be done. It was last minute and I am grateful that they allowed me to stay and park in a very safe secure location.
