Welcome to 424 Bamboo. It's in a weird alley in Chinatown. Inside you'll find a great space to have events. If you break anything you have to fist fight the head Chef of Full Moon House. He's strong.
It's a great place to shoot. A wonderful rooftop with a great view of DTLA. No parkour allowed. $2,500,000 fine.
We have Spectrum Wifi. It's kinda trash but consistent.
Downstairs you'll find 3 soundproofed studio rooms. They're solid. A decent amount of equipment but it ain't Electric Ladyland.

The studio apartment is very big. It is 653 square feet with an alcove. It has a nice bathroom with a shower and two giant closets. The apartment has a Juliet balcony with a nice view of the city.
The apartment also has a washer and dryer in the unit for you to do laundry and a nice size kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, oven, and toaster oven. There's a kitchen table with four chairs for guests
The apartment also has a nice Roku TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO Max, Tubi, and Amazon Prime.
There's a 24 hour gym on the same floor as the unit and tenants will have access to the first floor of the parking garage and street parking is easy as well. There's a pool and hot tub, two club houses, an office workspace, outdoor fireplaces and grills for grilling.
If you don't have a car, Union station is only a 8 minute walk down the street so you have access to public transportation nearby. Chinatown is a great neighborhood with tons of good food and you are walking distance from Little Tokyo, Downtown LA, and the Arts District. Echo Park is only a 5 minute drive. So you will be right in the heart of the city.

We can show you where to easily walk to, where it is better to drive, or take a bus. We could share our favorite restaurants if you needed.
You can basically go everywhere from union station if you don’t have a car. (If you are going to drive and need a parking spot, please let us know ahead of time so we could help to arrange the parking.)
**We only do entire place while we are not staying home which means some of the items in the living room and kitchen are storage for private use only. The guest bedroom is my child’s playroom when there is no guest. So her toys and books will be storages in this room. Please do not use and take them without asking. If any of our private items are damaged or missing, a fee will be charged**

The loft is beautiful and features open plan kitchen / living room, large bedroom, office, bathroom and a large roof deck with firepit. Metro LA has a helpful video on Youtube titled "How to Walk to Dodger Stadium From Chinatown (Yes, You Can)" that outlines the 27-minute path starting at the Chinatown Metro Station. Your walk will begin at the 6-minute mark of the video. Depending on your walking speed, this may take longer for some guests.
Because the apartment is located on a pedestrian street, you will have to walk approximately 1 minute to your destination.
Apartment entrance does require walking up a set of interior stairs. If you are elderly or disabled, please take this into consideration.
Baby bath, monitor, high chair and travel crib are only available upon request.
Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Early check-in and late check-out are only available on a case by case basis depending on if we have a same-day check-in/check-out.
