It's centrally located in Los Angeles. Mid-City is central to the LA beaches (Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Ray, Playa Del Ray), Downtown LA (convention center, shops, restaurants, bars), Hollywood and more! It's very close to the 10 highway so guests have convenient access to freeways.

This home is equipped with smart tech, stylish decor and modern finishes including a contemporary rain shower, modern chevron tile floor, full-size kitchen appliances (including full stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge), washer and dryer, Smart Nest AC system, a smart TV, wifi and more. There is a small step up into the patio entrace area at the front of the home.

There are two more guest rooms, each separated by their own doors and all four walls. Your room does not have a real door and partially made of room dividers (curtain). No one will be sleeping behind the divider (curtain) outside of your private area - it's just a pathway to other rooms, to the kitchen, entrance/exit and a dining table (see the pictures for a detailed walk-through). The room however has sufficient privacy and is a great option for a nice stay in a clean new place with access to all the amenities, such as washer and dryer, remodeled kitchen and others, in a central location.
Other privacy and safety rules are enforced for your comfort - only verified guests can be on the property, plus a no-visitor policy - no random people walking in and out of the unit for your comfort.

I put a lot more time and money into this "Airbnb hotel" then my own house. We went vintage with a dreamy feel to this room. My girlfriend did a wonderful job decorating it. It's a newer building with new carpets.
