Everything in the little resort is for the use of our guests. This property has to the left and behind a guest house which is separate and does not share any common space. The guest house is accessible from the left side of the driveway along the left side of the house and behind. The guest house does not have access to front or backyard, pool or spa, does not park on the driveway, nor any shared space whatsoever.
During October until end of April, we are unable to heat only the pool. The spa can be heated for a maximum of six hours per day. It is an on-demand system that can be programmed. Thank you for your understanding.

It is perfectly situated on a quiet street in a very safe neighborhood, which made walks around the neighborhood with the baby awesome! trash picking up. We prepared trash bags and cans in the side yard, so please put all your food trash in the bags, tie the trash bags and
then put them in the trash can. Empty bottles etc. please put them in the recycling can.

5. For security, there is video doorbell beside the front door.

6. There are stairs inside the property, please be careful and take care of your kids. Please also keep your kids safe when they are
enjoying the playground in the amazing backyard.

- "Place was exactly as advertised. Fairly well stocked kitchen. Very clean. We were a family of 8, with 4 kids ages 5-12. House would not be well suited for toddlers, as a LOT of tables are glass. But otherwise very comfortable with a great outdoor space. Would recommend!!" - "We loved our stay here. The location was great, communication with the owner was fantastic. There were a few things that needed repair, and it was missing a few items for the kitchen we would have liked, but they did not affect our stay and we would absolutely stay here again.
