Other things to note
The property is located in a rural area, as nature will have it you may come across wildlife that is native to southern California. This is a rare occasion but we want to make sure our guests are aware of possible wildlife sightings.

We do have pet birds and chickens that will be locked up near the far back of the rental property.

We please ask our guests to respect our neighbors and local noise ordinance after 10pm. You don't have to stop the fun, just keep noise to a respectful level.

We want your stay at our home and the Temecula Valley to be as fun and memorable as it can be. Because of this, our property manager will greet you and your guests at check-in, or shortly after check in, to make sure you know how to operate everything in the home, and to answer any questions you may have about the property, nearby wineries, local events, etc.

All guests staying at the Amazing oasis Getaway must also agree with the following legally binding Agreement:

Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is SHALLOW! Jumping or diving is STRICTLY PROHIBITED as it is extremely dangerous and could result in severe injury or even death! No glass containers may be used near the pool. Responsible Guest shall inform all other guests of this rule, and will be responsible for making sure this rule is enforced at all times. Any personal injury as a result of a guests diving in the pool shall be borne solely by the responsible Guest.

Children: Children are most welcome at Amazing Oasis Getaway. Responsible Guest signing the rental agreement shall be responsible for supervising all children in the pool area as there is no lifeguard on the premises.

Security Cameras: Guest understands that Amazing Oasis Getaway features video electronic surveillance on the exterior sides and front of the home for guest security and to ensure that the rules of the community are respected. Guest acknowledges that the rental may be under 24-hour exterior surveillance and security monitoring and patrols. Properties may include noise alert monitoring systems in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Tampering with our security cameras and noise monitors will result in $1000.00 fine and taken from the security deposit.

Noise: Please respect our neighbors and local noise ordinance after 10pm. You don't have to stop the fun, just keep noise to a respectful level.

Violation of this rule will be subject to an initial warning notification the first occurrence, $500.00 for the second occurrence and $1,000 and eviction for the third occurrence. This fine will be taken from the security deposit. The property will be subject to inspection upon reasonable notice to guest, which includes, calling, texting, knocking on the door or ringing the doorbell before entry in the event that noise complaints are issued. The guest understands that this may occur anytime during the guest's stay if there is noise or reasonable suspicion of a party or any other violation of the house neighborhood rules or city ordinance. Amazing Oasis Getaway uses electronic systems designed to measure the noise level outside of the rental.

Indoor and outdoor furniture must not be moved. Furniture that has been moved and not put back will result in a $100.00 furniture rearrangement fee.

Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property grounds. This includes any type of cigarette, cigar, pipe, vapor, hookah, etc. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit, damage liability up to $1000. This fine will be taken from the security deposit.

** We are pet-friendly. A one-time-per-trip pet fee of $450 will be charged at the time of booking.

** We do not currently permit the use of the wood burning stove for liability reasons.

Upon arrival Responsible Guest must do a thorough inspection of the home upon arrival. If anything is missing, damaged, broken or dirty, the Responsible Guest must notify Host immediately. Otherwise, Responsible Guest will be held responsible for the damage.

Upon Checkout all trash must be taken out and placed in trash bins on the right side of house. All dishes must be placed in the dishwasher and started upon departure. Any dishes that are left for the housekeeping staff or that are put away still dirty will incur a charge of $100.

Security Deposit / Additional Costs: The security deposit will be used at the sole discretion of the host to pay for the restoration of the property to its original move-in condition (outside of other normal wear and tear). Additional costs include but are not limited to: cleaning beyond normal wear and tear, removing excessive garbage, repairing or replacing any part of the premises, its contents, common areas and recreational facilities for damage caused after your move-in.

Vehicles:
No motor homes or non-standard vehicles are allowed inside the rental premises. Violation of this policy will result in a non-refundable $600 fine. This fine will be taken from the security deposit.

All guests staying at the Amazing Oasis Getaway must also agree with the following legally binding Agreement:

A) Condition and Use of Property: The Property is provided in “as is” condition. Host shall use best efforts to ensure the operation of all amenities on the Property, such as internet access, satellite or cable TV access, hot tubs, fireplaces, etc. Host shall not be held responsible for such items failure to work, but will make every effort to correct any issues that are reported.

Responsible Guest acknowledges that use of amenities such as hot tubs, pools, spas, fire pits, decks, heaters, and the like may be potentially dangerous and involve potential risks if improperly used, particularly with regard to children, and such use is at the Responsible Guest's own risk. Responsible Guest shall use the Property for residential purposes only and in a careful manner to prevent any damage or loss to the Property, and to keep Property in clean and sanitary condition at all times.

Responsible Guest and any additional permitted guests shall refrain from loud noise and shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors; nor shall guests use the Property for any immoral, offensive or unlawful purposes, nor violate any law, ordinance, Property rule, nor commit waste or nuisance on or about the property.

B) Default: If any guest should fail to comply with the conditions and obligations of this Agreement, all guests shall surrender the Property, remove all guest's personal property and belongings, and leave the Property in good order and free of damage. No refund of any portion of the Total Rental Fee shall be made, and if any legal action is necessary, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reimbursement from the other party for all costs incurred.

C) Assignment or Sublease: Responsible Guest shall not assign or sublease the Property or permit the use of any portion of the Property by other persons who are not family members or guests of the Responsible Guest or included within the number of permitted occupants under this Agreement.

D) Risk of Loss and Indemnification: Responsible Guest agrees that all personal property, furnishings, personal effects and other items brought into the Property by Responsible Guest or their permitted guests and visitors shall be at the sole risk of the Responsible guest or guests.

It is our suite quarters in our house, this community is near just like our house. It’s is close everything as mentione: old town Temecula, Temecula wineries, pechanga casino, vail lake ,lake skinner, 215 and 15 freeways. You will feel safe and confortable at the same time, everything is ready for to have satisfactory stay, the suite can accommodate up to 3 people since the sofa in the living room converted into a bed, it’s has own refrigerator and microwave.
It has Own entrance ,this is a family area.
